The staff there is disgustingly rude especially the lady with the short short red hair and glasses. Also, i asked for a quarter jerk chicken. And usually when I go there, I always see them pick up 2 pieces of chicken and cut it up and put it in a container, she takes up one piece of chicken and cut it up and put it in a container and sell it to me for the same amount of money that I would usually pay for the 2. Everytime I go there it's a problem she share as if she doesn't wanna give away the food we're paying for. It's so sad and disappointing

I’ve been coming to Conduit Jerk for a while and generally enjoy the food. The flavors are usually solid, and I’ve recommended the spot to others in the past. But today’s experience was disappointing.
I ordered a large oxtail no rice, just oxtail and vegetables and was charged $27. For that price, I expected a hearty portion. Instead, I was given just six pieces of oxtail. No exaggeration. Six. I’ve attached photos so you can see what I mean.
I understand prices have gone up, but if you're going to charge close to $30 for a plate with no sides, the portion should at least match the cost. I’d love to keep supporting a local spot I usually enjoy, but consistency and fairness matter especially when you're a regular.
Hopefully this gets addressed.

Food is very expensive and tastes like it's been sitting out all day..... 27 dollars for some rock hard salmon and rice and peas ... Never again..this is 4th time I been disappointed by this restaurant, I was so excited when I seen them building it, couldn't wait for a it to open ..........don't go there save your money ....I guarantee you will be disappointed.. This place needs to get shut down so a real Jamaican restaurant can take its place.
dont waste your money at this bulls*** establishment. 30 for a plate of oxtail that taste like ketchup and they cant even make a pineapple ginger, it was ginger water. their other homemade drink look like literal vomit. never again

Just bought fry chicken and curry goat with rice and peas. I had to throw the chicken away because is smell and taste like it’s going ( spoiled), the curry was bland no taste whatsoever and the rice has no seasoning. The cashier was nice and pleasant. I bought from this place many times especially when I’m going to the queens area but this time the food is way off, I only give 3.5 stars because the cashier was kool. I don’t think I’m going back, spend almost $50 and can’t eat the food this was a waste.

Ordered the large jerk chicken, white rice & oxtail gravy...yum! Chicken Lunch Specials from 11-3 for $8! There's no laundromat nearby..got confused with another listing, but there is street parking.

Stop in on a Saturday afternoon, EVERYTHING was dry!!!! Snipper, Mac n Cheese, & Jerk Chicken! Terrible experience and 30$ to waste!!!
