I love the Almond Cookies, they're usually soft but today they were hard and crumbly. The plantain is usually amazing, today it was hard and inedible.

First time trying and I was looking forward, but very poor customer service. Ordered a wrap then they waited literally 15-20 mins while I was standing there to tell me theyâre out of wraps, I can choose a bread. Like wtf? They also need more help in the front area smh.
