We loved the decor, the ambiance, the dishes of food were all amazing, and best of all was our server Alma. She was a 10 out of 10.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the unacceptable experience I had at Coqueto Blue.
I had a reservation for 7:45 PM and arrived on time, only to be met with complete chaos. Despite having a reservation, we were forced to wait in a long line before finally being seated. After that, we waited an additional 45 minutes just to be greeted and given menus. Everything was outstanding, from the atmosphere to the food and especially the staff. We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Alma and she made us feel like family while making sure all our needs were met. She spoke to us by our names which made us feel like priority. Owner was great as well, stopping in and seeing how our meal was. We will definitely be back with more family and friends and will be sure to ask for Alma again. 🥰
