We loved the decor, the ambiance, the dishes of food were all amazing, and best of all was our server Alma. She was a 10 out of 10.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the unacceptable experience I had at Coqueto Blue.
I had a reservation for 7:45 PM and arrived on time, only to be met with complete chaos. Despite having a reservation, we were forced to wait in a long line before finally being seated. After that, we waited an additional 45 minutes just to be greeted and given menus. We placed our order, only to be told an hour later, at 9:30 PM, that the meal I selected was no longer available.
The worst part of this entire experience was the response from the owner. When I brought my concerns to his attention, he said he would “go to the kitchen” and never returned. He looked directly at me multiple times afterward and blatantly ignored me—never returned to apologize or even check if I was okay. That level of disregard is absolutely unprofessional and inexcusable.
To make matters worse, when I finally received the check, I noticed I was still charged for the meal I never received. That was the final insult on top of an already appalling evening.
Coqueto Blue does not deserve my hard-earned money, and I will never patronize this establishment again. The lack of respect, poor service, and clear disregard for customers is unacceptable and should not be overlooked.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because no guest should ever have to endure such treatment.

Everything was outstanding, from the atmosphere to the food and especially the staff. We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Alma and she made us feel like family while making sure all our needs were met. She spoke to us by our names which made us feel like priority. Owner was great as well, stopping in and seeing how our meal was. We will definitely be back with more family and friends and will be sure to ask for Alma again. 🥰

We arrived at 9pm on New Year’s Eve 2024 and we waited an hour for our drinks and 1 hr for our appetizer which were cold. Our food was ordered and we didn't receive it until 12:45 am almost 4 hours later. Horrible, all the owner and waitress could say was it’s coming. For the amount of money we paid this is disgraceful and disappointing. Never will I ever recommend this place to no one.

Been here several times and each time I am never, ever disappointed.The eating and rest areas are always clean and user friendly, the service is courteous and the food and drinks are amazing. Did a small dinner party here 2 weeks ago and all my guests left with a smile on their face. Thank you, as that was not an easy task to do. My guest ranged from toddlers to senior citizens and each were comfortable and well satisfied with their meal. The holiday decor was very tastefully done. If only my wish for them to bring back the lamb became true, I'd be so happy. Thank you Coquito Blu, you will be seeing me back soon!!
