I ordered an oxtail pasta and it was good. The ambiance and music were good; however, they need to improve their customer service. I was part of a wedding party of 15 to 20 people, and my friend spoke with management about reserving our spot for 3pm, even though they didn’t open until 4pm, which was confirmed. We arrived at the restaurant at 3:50pm, but when we got there, no heat was turned on, and the tables were just being set, which should have already been done if you’re going to confirm reservations before opening time. They took quite a while to place the utensils on the table and bring us water. I ordered a piña colada, and for some reason, the waitress said she must have misplaced it or put it in the order somewhere else, so I never got it. The food took a long time to be prepared, which is somewhat understandable since it's made to order for the most part. I hope that if I'm ever back in NYC and decide to try them, it will be a better experience.

The food had no love in it... and was lackluster, but not terrible. The service was sloooooooooooowwwww, and it was barely any people there, upon our initial arrival. I wouldnt go back, nor would I recommend to others.

Where to start...I hosted my birthday dinner for about 30 people. When I called to book the reservation, Ms Beverly was very professional and polite. She explained everything in detail and was very helpful. When I went to visit the restaurant, Ms Beverly showed me the private room available for my dinner party and assured me we could set up and decorate as we wanted. Even after visiting, I called to confirm some details and Ms. Sheila was very reassuring that everything would be organized and ready, and it was so!
From the moment my guests arrived, they were greated warmly and ushered to our room. SHOUT OUT to our servers Jordan and Mario, they were exceptional! Very attentive and kind. A BIG SHOUT OUT to the BARTENDER!!! Those Rum Punches had my family LITT!!
THE FOOD!! OMG....if you want a taste of authentic Jamaican cuisine, this place is a must! The chicken soup mek u start speak potois! My God, it was soo good!! Everything I sampled was amazingly seasoned, spiced, flavorful, and tender. You know the food was good, because everyone was quiet after their meals came out. The service was great, not a long delay between courses or waiting for drinks.
The restaurant has many cute spots for photo ops. I missed out on seeing the back patio, but I heard it was cute with sofas and chairs. Have to come back on a nice day to sit outside.
Overall, I had an amazing experience!! Everything was perfect!! I couldn't have asked for more. I will be back...

Tonight, we had the pleasure of dining here to celebrate my daughter’s last evening before heading back to college. We started with the fried calamari, wagyu sliders, and the trio of dips — all absolutely delicious. Our server, Kevin, was outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and spot-on with his recommendations.
For our entrées, we ordered the steak and the lobster rolls — both were flavorful and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend!
I’ll definitely be back, and when I do, I’ll be asking for Kevin. He truly made the night special.
We got there when they were closed, at least the kitchen was closed. The bartender was gracious enough to let us sit and have a drink without screaming at each other. It's a nice cozy spot to have a meal, have a drink, and chill with your friends

I went here today and had a horrible experience. The waiter didn’t approach us until 30 mins of us sitting down and it was not busy at all. The waiter did not check the table not once to see if we needed anything or to see if we were ok and on top of that the food took a hour to come. I will definitely not be coming back and I do not recommend this place at all . Not friendly staff and the food was not good
