I've been here 4 times already and it's usually the same. We were seated right away, but the soda was flat, the food taste good but takes long (about 45 to an hour). The music is too loud for conversation & I often felt like I was yelling at the person across the table from me. Don't go here hungry!

Service is POOR! We sat there for over 30 mins before anyone came to our table, we had to beg someone to take our order. We ended up getting a drink. About 20 mins later, the waiter came to take the order which we never received after sitting for over an hour and begging for someone to check on our order.Our party of 4 left without being served!As I type, I'm starved and frustrated.I will NOT recommend!The attached pictures are of the table as we were leaving... EMPTY just like our bellies.

Was very horribl… customer service wow smh 30 minutes to get a waiter and we make reservation Everyone walked by looking I’m the one who called a waiter from another table.. we order 4 drinks 1 was wrong ok that’s fine it happensOrder our main course all 4 was cold//room temperature The Bammy was swimming in oil. the fish was cold. Oxtail room temp. very disappointed for a Jamaican restaurant the price even make it worse… there is way better Jamaican restaurant in the area plus I drive from New Jersey to check this spot out with my family save your money on time. Don’t go here.

I have dined at Cove Restaurant a few times and been very pleased to have a fine Caribbean dining experience in my community. I recently held a Retirement Party in the Private Dining Room and it was an exceptional experience!!!! The guests (the family, friends, and Northwell Health employees), are still talking about the beautiful atmosphere, house DJ entertainment and exquisite tasting food in large portions. Special Thank you to the Reservation Manager Vanessa, The Floor Manager Beverly, Head Waiter Mario, with special compliments to the Chef, and the dedicated staff and bartenders for your gracious support of me in planning and hosting an amazing and eloquent Party!
Ambiance and food was excellent. However, the service was lousy.The wait time for our meal was long and our server did not bother to check in or apologize.

4 star restaurant. The vibes is nice , music is great . It’s a bit dark inside but very cozy . The seasoning on the mussels and shrimp were perfect. I do feel like it’s a bit pricey for both food items I ordered. I believe the shrimp appetizer only came with about 6 shrimps which were not a lot for the price we paid .The drinks also were alcoholic but not strong. Which I prefer strong drinks.

Great place and great food. We went between lunch and dinner. On a cold January day. We had a party of 6. We waited almost an hour for our food. 3 of our plates were coldish. They warmed two up for us. The server did tell us that they were transitioning. The food was worth the wait. IT WAS DELICIOUS! I would definitely go back either during lunch or during dinner.Vegetarian options: Veggie chunks were delicious!
