The milk tea and egg waffle are pretty authentic. Curry fish ball is also very good. The atmosphere is very typical for a small shop front in a mall.

I tried ordering at the register and there were three workers facing me with one at the register. He looked at me and then looked back down to the line of receipts and ignored me while I waited for 10 minutes trying to order an egg waffle. The other time I came here, my estimated time had passed by 10 minutes and so I went up to ask the worker if my order was ready, she said no and that the wait time would be another 20 minutes mind you I had already waited 25 minutes. I went up after another 20 minutes to be told it still wasn't done. I also noticed that there were people at the register but didn't take people's orders and were rather busting themselves arranging lines of receipts?

I only get milk tea here. Excellent tasting milk tea with a taste from Hong Kong using "stocking" tea filter 🤩 Wait can be a bit long and do check with the staff . The place can get busy. Great drinks.

The first time I ordered the bubble waffle, it was not very warm, even though I waited for my order to be ready for about 20 minutes, so I assume it was just sitting there for a good while. I went back again, in hopes of it just being a one time thing. The second time, I waited for my bubble waffle and when the estimated time arrived, my order still wasn’t ready, so I went to ask about my order. The cashier, a girl, instead just looked at me when I asked, and then looked back down and ignored me. This annoyed me, however I went to go sit back down. A few minutes later, I go back to the counter, and it’s a different person, now a guy. I ask him and he grabs it from the side, which I assume means that it was already ready, but not packaged? I ate it and it was again, not warm. The bubble waffle wasn’t bad, just disappointing and it would definitely be better if it was hot.

Three girls were working behind the counter when we came up to order. It was 7:40 when we went inside and immediately they told us there was no more waffles. We were okay with that so we didnt order waffles. When we asked what time they stopped making waffles the girl was like 7:50 but then looked at the clock and was like 7:40. Like hello it’s not our first time ordering here and we’ve order past 7:50 before. They were all mopping and cleaning the floor no one was making our order. If u don’t wanna make ur customers order dont work here💀 horrible service

4.5/5 stars. This location is not nearly as nice as the College Park, Maryland location, but it has the same menu. We ordered the chocolate egg waffle and it was good.

We love their HK signature milk tea (with less sugar). It’s as close as you can get to the milk tea in Hong Kong!

I order an ice HK milk tea then we got it and it was room temperature and I ask them “Do u have ice? It was not iced😒.” And you know what he said? He gasped and said “oh you need purchase money for ice.” WTH is this store still alive in Flushing????????????

Not recommended. We ordered 2 cups of iced Hong Kong-style milk tea (Ice Tea), but there was no ice. We wanted to add some ice, but they didn't give it. We asked if we could have it in cups? They just didn't want to give it to us, and even told us that we would be charged 25 cents for a cup. It was really irritating. In Flushing, we could still have this kind of ice tea without ice. Everyone said it was too much. I was speechless.

Ordered myself a egg waffle and a banana milk with jelly and it’s pretty good! Price is decent with all the milk teas being sold around here. Ordered through their kiosk machine and the waffle is made fresh on the spot. I might try the chocolate one next time!

Average tea for $10 plus ??

Was expecting way more for the money but no luck. Just ludicrous that these tea shops can charge such exorbitant prices.

Are you really going to get repeat customers? Seriously…

The location is ideal & convenient for movie goers and mall shoppers. Can’t see otherwise. Feels like price gouging at JFK airport ☹️
