The service was good for the amount of customers they had. It was quick in making all the things on the list. The overall ambiance was simple and cute decorated like a HK vibe. The Milk tea was okay. It wasn't too strong and too sweet but it was lacking something that I can't seem to point out. The bubble waffle was good, it wasn't that sweet but it was lacking the crispy. The pineapple bun was good and crispy. I just the butter melted a bit more. But overall this is a good drop by for bubble tea and HK snacks.

Best pineapple bun & HK milk tea. I like the velvet one best. Wait is usually long, so order ahead on the app where you get reward points too.

The glass bottles for the signature Hong Kong milk tea were super cute, but I managed to restrain myself from buying another bottle I didn't need. The Pineapple Butter Bun is so good! You would think that the slice of butter would be too much, but it's really the perfect amount when it melts into the warm bun. The Signature Hong Kong Milk Tea with Foam Cap and boba is creamy, and this is my favorite HK Milk Tea I've tried yet. The boba is chewy and pairs so well with the foam cap. Since it was busy during the weekend, it took about 15 minutes to get our orders. There's some seating, but it might be hard to snag a table.

Ordered the popular hk style milk tea that comes in a glass jar. The jar is cute and reusable, but not sure if i would pay $6 for this drink again. Although it had strong tea flavor, much like authentic hk style milk tea the mark up is quite exorbitant for what it is. Decor inside is cute and photo-op worthy.

Love the signature hk milk tea and pineapple with butter! Past few times has been quite a wait. Today I tried to order the pineapple bun and it was sold out.. around 11:15am. I went back around 11:30am and it was available to order. I waited about 15 minutes for my bun and drink. When I sat down to eat nearby, the bun wasn't even warm so that was disappointing. Although today was an off day, it's usually pretty good.

Quality went down and not original in flavor. Some wait time and lack of customer service. I had the signature coffee milk tea that tasted like powder milk or coffee. The fruit drink had an artificial fruit flavor. Their egg waffle was good tho. Not recommended due to long wait time for drinks.

Milk tea has a strong tea presence with a hint of sweetness which was very addicting. The salted egg yolk was freshly made so it was crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The salted egg taste was minimal but I can still taste it so I still enjoyed it a lot. I will definitely return to buy other drinks to collect these cute bottles and also try other waffle flavors.

This shop is located on the far side of Tangram mall and another entrance on Prince street. I ordered on the kiosk instead of their app, because I wasn't able to. Luckily, it wasn't crowded so the kiosk was free to use. I tried a couple of their snacks. The aroma from the shop always suck me in. Pineapple bun with butter - not bad. I took it to-go, and the butter can be put aside for you. Heat up the bun when I got home and stuck the cold butter inside. Hong Kong milk tea - cute bottle it comes in. The tea flavor isn't as strong as I would like, but it hits the spot when I have cravings. Pork floss egg waffle - not worth it. I could taste vanilla flavor more than egg. Too skimpy on the pork floss, so I could barely taste anything. Out of the 30 pieces (should be 30), I could only taste about 3 that has. Salted egg egg waffle - this is my favorite and why I come. Stick to this if you like salty sweet combinations. Although, the salted egg is subtle, it is noticeable. Egg waffle is what I crave for very often and not much places makes it anymore.

Great authentic Hong Kong milk tea! Unlike this other places in Tangram mall, this place has kept their expensive containers. Specifically, the glass bottles. Who said milk tea doesn't contain sufficient caffeine?! I am still hyped up by nighttime after drinking this in the morning.

We went here because we wanted to try the pineapple bun for a snack, so we got that with butter, curry fish balls, and a coconut milk with watermelon. It was a weekend so it was overwhelmingly packed and a bit crowded and there's definitely a bit of a wait time, but it was easy to order. Our favorite was the coconut milk with watermelon - it was so delicious and I would absolutely get them again. Then we liked the curry fishballs and pineapple bun in that order but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to go here just to get those things.

Best boba tea in Flushing. Their stuff is really caffeinating.

Solid HK style milk tea. The boba is good too. However, you can find cheaper HK style milk tea elsewhere in Flushing or in Chinatown Manhattan that is just as good or even better. You also aren't guaranteed the glass bottle depending on if they run out or if you choose to get toppings. Straws are paper which are a bummer. It's nice that they don't have ice in the drink, so it doesn't get watered down, and you know that you aren't being cheated for the drink.

[NYC BOBA TOUR STOP #48] *My other stops on the boba tour: We came by later in the night on a weekday, so it wasn't too busy and there was room to sit. The store itself is really cute and a whole vibe-- it's clear Cuppa Tea has a brand and everything, from the cups to the food packaging, is in line with their branding. It's very satisfying. We ordered (rating): Amber Pearl Pudding Milk Tea (2.3/5), Coconut Mango with Clear Jelly (3/5) They unfortunately ran out of their Hong Kong Milk Tea that everyone seems to talk about when it comes to Cuppa Tea, so I went with their Amber Pearl Pudding Milk Tea. Even though it sounded like this would be some kind of special milk tea, this tasted like straight up Chinatown bakery bubble tea (think your Fay Da or Taipan) except it keeps the price tag of a bougie boba place. I found the boba to be oddly slimy and slippery. They also taste like nothing, and sometimes boba just tastes like nothing and it's completely fine, but these tasted so much like nothing that a note I have is that they actively taste like nothing. My friend got the coconut mango, which only comes with a 'less sugar' option, and she found it to be too sweet. She let me try a little and I found it to taste like mango candy rather than a fresh mango drink. The brightest spot was for sure the pineapple bun, which came out warm and with a pad of butter inside that slowly melted from the heat of the bun. I thought it was big and good value for the price, though the butter it came with was THICK. BIG butter, somewhat overwhelming, and I ended up having to wipe a lot off.

Every time I go to Flushing, I come here to take away egg waffles and milk tea. The service is hit or miss, and the waiting time is a little long (usually more than 20 minutes), but the food is delicious.
