The skirt steaks are usually okay, although tend to be flat/thin and dark in appearance, perhaps from cooking and re-heating. On this visit, two out of 3 were okay, one was way overcooked. GREAT that they replaced the burnt steak with a BEAUTIFUL, plump, juicy, delicious (and perfect) skirt steak. NOT GREAT that you're either going to get a so-so steak, or an amazing one (to replace a bad one). Why can't they all be amazing? Other than that, service is always great and management is very responsive.

Our server James was excellent. Food was awesome especially the apps. Only thing that was disappointing was the filet came out well done instead of med rare.

Food in my opinion was very disappointing . Steak sandwich was terrible. Fries were too salty. Sandwich was too dry had to ask for steak sauce which should have come with the sandwich. I should have got the salmon with black rice. My uncle was very pleased with his choice. Food was overpriced in my opinion.

Now the only real restaurant available at Citifield if you want a sit-down dinner before the game. We have always found the service excellent, along with the food. Only possible issue is it would be nice if they offered a wider selection of wines by the glass.

The servers are all fine. The lobster tails were undercooked and had to be sent back. For the prices, this was not good

Shannon the hostess greeted us with a smile she was very accommodating. Our server Amanda was very attentive and enthusiastic. The filet mignon was tender and tasty. The food came out quickly as we were there to watch the Mets game. Thank you all for a great night Let's go Mets Mary

Cocktails weren't very good at all. Server never asked why we didn't drink them. Food was disappointing, steak sandwich was lacking flavor, BBQ burger was meh. Server was not rude at all but disinterested in general. We won't be going back.

This place was a big disappointment. Ambience reminded me of a cheap cruise ship dining room. Service was average even though the restaurant was half-empty. Calamari appetizer was soggy and tasteless. Pork chop was enormous but the pork quality was just average and tough and the glaze or sauce was heavy and voluminous. Steak was medium well when we specifically asked for rare. Bread was stale. I know it's just a baseball stadium location, but why dilute the Pat L:a Frieda brand by operating such a mediocre branch?

We were very disappointed since we had previously enjoyed our meals at Pat LaFrieda's Citi Field location. At this visit, the appetizers took some time to arrive, they were barely lukewarm; and then our entrees arrived shortly after the appetizers. Again, the fries were cold and the steak sandwich was warm at best. The service was also lagging, my daughter finally flagged down our waiter to ask for a dessert menu; then we had to reach out to him again to order, he did not come back on his own. It then took 30 minutes for us to get our dessert; my daughter's gelato was melted and my husband did not get the gelato that was to come with his dessert. We will probably not go back to this restaurant

Pat LaFrieda's at Citifield is great. A casual atmosphere with great food right inside the stadium and close to the game. The staff is fantasic and flawlessly serve you and get you out for the game.

We were so disappointed in our experience. The service was terrible. Our waitress barely came over and when she did, she was walking away before she even finished saying "you're good over here right?" She saw my empty drink and didn't offer to refresh it. By the time she came around again for me to ask for a second drink we were basically done eating. The steak frites appetizer was delicious but my steak sandwich and my husband's burger were both overcooked. The shoestring fries were really good though. We ordered dessert to go and it took so long waiting for the check and the dessert that we missed the first pitch of the game. We were done eating and waiting for the check by 640 and we still missed the start of the game at 7:10. We were excited for an amazing dinner and it was just a great disappointment.

When timed correctly, and with the proper tickets for the game, it is possible to have a really nice sit down dining experience at a Mets game. We enjoyed our steak, and our server Elyssa was lovely. The manager stopped by to ensure that everything was ok. Very enjoyable. I'd come back

Always a pleasure to have dinner at this steakhouse before the start of the game. The only thing that I would suggest is renaming the “Steak Fritz” appetizer. There are no French fries only a smashed baked potatoes. The service is always friendly and the food fresh.
