Mainly because it is not open for lunch, so there are fewer guests for dinner. It is a purely Hong Kong-style gourmet restaurant, which is very suitable for our Cantonese tastes.

Very disappointed in the quality of food and server. Came in out of town ate at hotel. Order shrimp Alfredo. Sauce very watery. Like noodles and broth. Returnedfood and just ate the salad only because I was starving. She ran be behind me out the door asking for tip. I blank stared at her

Pretty good spot, not crowded and the food is decent, large portion that's great for sharing! Could be a little slow in getting the waitresses attention. Give it a try if you're looking for something new in the area :) food is like Cantonese style and a bit of mix fusion. Lots of options to choose from.

Visited on 12.18.23 - I strongly recommend against going to Dock for drinks. We arrived five minutes prior to official opening time and was told to leave until they are open. The beer we ordered (Asahi bottled) was four months out of date. The mixed drinks from the menu were weak and watered down. For context, they were measuring sparkling wine by the shot and filling the remainder of the glass with club soda. The bartenders were not attentive, nor were they familiar with their stock. They struggled to open the bottle of champagne (which we had to open for them) and even shake a mixed drink. When we asked if the drinks we ordered could be removed from our tab as we didn't finish or enjoy them they refused saying how they were making them how they were taught.
Tucked away under the Sheraton Hotel, you would have never known they have a delicious Chinese restaurant! Came here with my family for my aunts birthday and everything was really fresh and made to order. They even accommodated my veggie diet with flat noodles and veggies and it was really tasty and seasoned well. They even have egg tarts here! Not sure if you need to pre-order any dishes because they have a very small staff so you have to be patient in their cooking and ordering!

my birthday dinner at this location for the 1st time in Sept, good price and good food.. you can reserve for special dishes 48 hours ahead. they will have vip dishes according to your taste. . i just reserved 8 ppl for Nov 1st.. i will give my kids and my mom surprise on theit birthday.
