I just left from this restaurant because they have roaches. I am staying at the Four Point Sheraton and went to have breakfast at Dock. I grabbed me a plate to enjoy their breakfast buffet and out came a roach. I informed the staff. She grabbed a paper towel to grab the roach. I put my plate back down on the table and said never mind. Walked right out. I do not do bugs with my food. No thank you
This is a great little restaurant while staying at the hotel. The service and food is a good buy.

Breakfast staff are nice, probably best replace the dinner staff and chef with a vending machine with Twinkies!

Excellent food. My son and I had beef with pepper sauce and my husband had the seafood platter. Portions were not too large. Service was excellent and friendly. Just don’t get the cheesecake since it is frozen.

We had our family dinner here, the Cantonese dishes were so good, it's probably the best I have had... The service was excellent. I highly recommend if you are coming here for a big family dinner.

Delicious and authentic Cantonese food at Dock 3366.
Being in a hotel, they serve Cantonese dishes, and Americanized dishes. Tonight, we only tried the Cantonese dishes. The quality of the Chinese food is leagues above and beyond what you normally get in America and even in New York, and the quality holds up to the standards that a native would have for a Flushing restaurant. So if you're staying at the hotel because you're visiting from out of town, I'd implore you to check out some real and proper Cantonese dishes.
Particularly good was the Barramundi, which is fileted and has its bones deep fried and was served with a soy sauce with scallions and sesame oil that was very well done.
Chicken dish was delicious too and very juicy, which is impressive because I don't normally even like chicken.
Give this place a shot and try some Flushing-grade Cantonese food.
One star across the board. Service would be a zero star if I can make it that way. It is terrible. Don’t even waste your time and money with so many other great locations in the area.

I had absolutely the worst fried rice ever. Terrible Chinese food in the middle of Chinatown!

Total disaster and awful experience. Please do not come here. The food was way under average, will never come back.

Mainly because it is not open for lunch, so there are fewer guests for dinner. It is a purely Hong Kong-style gourmet restaurant, which is very suitable for our Cantonese tastes.

The service was poor, owner is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. She treats customers as they are eating for free. …. Being a owner - she should know how to behave with customers. Not recommended

Very disappointed in the quality of food and server. Came in out of town ate at hotel. Order shrimp Alfredo. Sauce very watery. Like noodles and broth. Returnedfood and just ate the salad only because I was starving. She ran be behind me out the door asking for tip. I blank stared at her

Pretty good spot, not crowded and the food is decent, large portion that's great for sharing! Could be a little slow in getting the waitresses attention. Give it a try if you're looking for something new in the area :) food is like Cantonese style and a bit of mix fusion. Lots of options to choose from.
