The absolute worst. I ordered the Nashville. It was cold and dry, coleslaw had no flavor DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! Save your money!! ) 6.00 for a Lipton tea.!! Please close your restaurant today!!

My sister and I had a 3 hour layover so we decided on a meal instead of snacks. We saw dollies which did not have a line (it soon became apparent why). We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a pimento dip side and waited .....and waited ... And waited. We wound up waiting 25 mins before a different manager noticed us and asked if we had ordered. We told her we did and she quickly came back with our food, saying the earlier employee had left without actually putting in the order! And the food wasn't worth the price or the wait. The sandwiches were decent enough to but the pimento 'dip' was just a deli ball of cream cheese! I'm not expecting airport food to be Michelin star or have top notch service but at the least to create the order when asked!

Moldy potatoes. Be careful to inspect food for dates/blue mold spores before eating. Really bad. I asked them to throw out not sure they did.

2/5/2025. I always pass through JFK Airport and stop at Dollie's for my early morning breakfast before departure. I've always enjoyed my breakfast and hot coffee. I've also passed through during lunch and, again, delicious. However, on this morning I was very disappointed with my Crepeso breakfast. I returned and had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Jai, who was very accommodating and listened to my concerns as well as my compliments. I received a complete new breakfast. I also want to shout out to Jocelyn who is always pleasant and warm with the customers. She is very pleasant and helps to solve the problems, if any. The you man, James, keep up the great work with your cooking and serving skills. Please don't let one bad apple spoil the entire bunch. The rating may not be good coming from others and today I want to encourage those who travel through JFK,NYC to give Dollie's a try and be specific about your order. The staff and manager don't mind. Best regards...Janet. The 4 star was given because there will be greater.
