They are always so kind and wonderful at this location. When ordering my take out order, the staffer was so kind and explained everything. I also had groceries with me so my hands were full. I sat down and waited. He then brought over the bags and apologized for the wait. Excellent service. Excellent food. Excellent ambiance. My food was fresh and hot still when I got home. I traveled an hour to this location from my house and it was worth it.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Don Pollo! The service was top notch! The food was DELICIOUS! They closed for 2 hours for just my celebration! They re-opened but those of us who wanted to stay, did and had more meals and drinks. The calamari was SO tasty and the best I have ever had! What I most love about this restaurant is that the food is consistently well cooked and seasoned! I am hoping to go back many times to continue to try new meals every time I go!

WOW WOW WOW! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this restaurant. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was relaxing, modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Drinks are delicious, I highly recommend the red sangria! The empanadas are also a must and the red snapper will from now on be my go to plate! The experience was very good and the attention was even better. I went to eat a lomo saltado, but the waitress Rosa was very accommodating and showed me the special dishes, so I ended up eating a salmon bathed with seafood in sauce, which was tasty. In the end he offered me desserts and suggested the flan, which was very good. I will surely return!

They raised the prices and they are giving little food. It is no longer the service it used to be. It is terrible. I am a daily customer but I will have to stop buying from them. The price I pay for little food is too much.
