Normally my go to Peruvian spot was Pio Pio on Woodhaven blvd which appears to have closed. I was craving Peruvian one night walking home from work and saw this place not far off the fresh pond M train. That was about a month ago and I’ve had it about 5 times since. I sometimes just go in to get some green sauce to throw on some leftovers and enhance any meal. Whenever I bring it into work everyone says how good it smells and asks where it’s from. Would truly recommend, some people just maybe got a bit unlucky, because when I went with my family to dine in this restaurant, I was mind blown. Amazing decor and music, a variety of choices, including Arroz Chaufa, Ceviche, and some other sides, including French Fries, so this place is also a bit kid-friendly because they have foods that kids like, white rice, etc. Staff is extraordinary, as they served us greatly, and wasn’t mean at all!
