Bright and early in the morning Nyla was a ray of sunshine on this gloomy day. She took her time explaining the menu options. Walked us thru the process. Put so much love into our donuts and treated us like long time friends. Felt like hanging out in your best friend’s kitchen instead of picking up donuts at a shop. I will definitely be back!!

Dont come here, unless you are willing to wait such a long time waiting for your order,. I came in here for 2 frappe, and 3 donuts, still waited over 20 mins for 3 donuts and 2 frappe. A place that wasnt busy, that is unacceptable. Staffs are very slow, talks more than taking care of orders.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I went here yesterday and I ordered two caramel lattes LARGE and my friend ordered a refresca on the self order machine since one worker was taking awhile with another customer. The place was completely empty except for us and the one other customer. We waited for almost 10 minutes before any of the workers even looked at us or started making any of the drinks. One of them was just in the back and the other was just walking around with no sense of urgency to make our order. When she saw me looking at her she asked if I ordered something… I told her yes. We ordered two lattes and a refresca over 10 minutes ago. Only then did she walk to the machine with the order receipt that was next to her the whole time to check. She goes to the back to have another girl make the drinks and I heard when she came out and told the guy in front something and he just said “give her two small cups” so I waited for the drink now going on now 20 minutes and my movie was starting soon at AMC. She said she didn’t have the right cover for my cup to add the whipped cream I paid for. So she put barely any and gave me a flat top. She hands me two little cups and I asked her if that’s the large size because I ordered a large and these cups were so small and she looked at me with an attitude and said yeah and turns her back to me. I reminded her that my friend also ordered a refresca and never got it either. When we get all three drinks, my LARGE lattes were the same size as his SMALL refresca and he had the cover she told me they didn’t have for whipped cream and she just lied to me after I said I paid for a large. Not only was this a waste of time and horrible service but the drinks were disgusting for something that took over 20 minutes. My niece was so disappointed in how gross the drink tasted and had we not now been late for our movie, I would’ve went back inside to complain.

The Donuts are great. They took forever. How can you only have one poor girl doing register, making the drinks, mixing batter, working the donut machine, and dressing the donuts?! Shame on the “local owners”. And kudos to Ivy, who ran this whole place for them with a smile.

unkempt and unappetizing. everything seems like it would be good by the sound of it but then once you see them making it, it all just looks so dirty, unorganized and gross. it takes the appeal out of wanting to even eat the donuts. the staff aren't friendly and when I went was just talking to their friends for majority of the time. idk definitely not worth the money cause they taste mid
