Really great experience at dunhuang! Showed up with a giant party of 15 and we were promptly served and seated. Within what felt like seconds of taking our order our food was out. Wait staff was courteous and friendly. Would definitely come back!

Ordered beef noodles for delivery it came with no any beef.
Best hand pulled noodle in the western hemisphere.

A simple noodle dish with great hand-pulled noodles! The noodles were chewy and super long, and the broth wasn’t spicy even at the 🌶️🌶️ spice level, so you’ll be fine even if your spice tolerance is low. I personally prefer the bowl here over more highly rated noodle shops in the area, because the noodles definitely taste hand-pulled. It’s also only $13 per bowl and the portion size is very decent. (You can also add extra meat for $5, but I’m not sure there was that much more meat compared to my regular bowl, which had an adequate amount.) Service was all I wanted from a casual eatery; I imagine you’d be able to get more across if you speak Chinese, but communicating in English was fine and we got our food pretty quickly.
Not sure why the rating is low here, but if they made improvements since, it definitely works now.
I came in and ordered take out. The noodles had no vegetable and they only give 3 small slice of beef. Very disappointed. The soup taste great and the noodles.

The noodles are fresh, and the broth has a delightful flavor, not at all spicy. You might want to request a bit more spiciness if you prefer it.
This was the beef tendon noodles. I wish it had a bit more meat.
Overall, the taste is good, not salty at all.

It is mandatory to tip a certain amount. If the tip given on the spot is not enough, the staff will come to ask the customer to make up the difference. The dishes were just so-so but the prices were very high. They didn't offer much service and expected a lot of tip just for serving a dish. It was really bad!

Extremely rude staff who talked badly about us thinking that we couldn’t understand. Food was not worth the offensive treatment and terrible attitude towards customers.

Beware. Food was very disgusting and oily. They probably use the same gross oil all day long. My friends and I all got sick after eating here.
