Really great experience at dunhuang! Showed up with a giant party of 15 and we were promptly served and seated. Within what felt like seconds of taking our order our food was out. Wait staff was courteous and friendly. Would definitely come back!

A simple noodle dish with great hand-pulled noodles! The noodles were chewy and super long, and the broth wasn’t spicy even at the 🌶️🌶️ spice level, so you’ll be fine even if your spice tolerance is low. I personally prefer the bowl here over more highly rated noodle shops in the area, because the noodles definitely taste hand-pulled. It’s also only $13 per bowl and the portion size is very decent. The noodles are fresh, and the broth has a delightful flavor, not at all spicy. You might want to request a bit more spiciness if you prefer it.

This was the beef tendon noodles. I wish it had a bit more meat.

Overall, the taste is good, not salty at all.
