I think this Dunkin’ is better than the other Dunkin’ up Francis Lewis. It’s fresher & cleaner. My first time trying the toasted vanilla white chocolate latte here & it was good too.

This is the worse Dunkin I have ever been to. The service is always bad, they cannot keep up with the busy area and orders. My food is cold or messy when I order here. I literally have to ask for my order multiple times when I did mobile order. Something needs to be done, new management or a new crew this is ridiculous

Narrow drive thru. I always do On the go Orders. I squeeze around the drive thru. And wait like 5 minutes then they say "oh it's on the go" ?like seriously. You're counting your draw when my wife's drink is sitting there letting the whip cream go lower.
They close at 8 pm and shut down the machine at 7:15 pm that is crazy…so you can’t order anything but a coffee …horrible customer

The cashier was also the server. She took our order. Told her I was really hungry and she quickly made our stuff and gave me an extra donut ? to eat while waiting for our bagel and coffee ☕. Excellent
