I like that store .The stuff is so nice and warming They served me breakfast that was nice and hot dounut is so soft and fresh and delicious.

Not the first time. They always serve hot coffee at normal temperatures which is good for some people, but I prefer hot.

I'm not a coffee drinker but I did get a tea which was bland, chai latte was missing the chai and I ordered a breakfast sandwich and got the wrong item, by the time I realized I got the wrong order I was too far to return to the store so I called hoping to get a response..no one returned my phone call..won't be returning and everything got thrown out.

The worst customer service
Google states that they close at 8pm. Came here at 7:29pm and no one was at the window and the door was locked .

I stopped in this morning to grab a coffee on the go. As I usually get a coffee from Dunkin every morning or every other morning just not this location. With that being said I usually scan my Dunkin app for points as I’m a regular customer so I had some reward points which I redeem in this store and use it to get a medium hot coffee. after I placed my order and scanned my points to pay for the coffee the guy give me that racist look so he decided to messed up my order purposely all because I used my points to pay for the coffee and I know this was done intentionally. I ordered a Medium hot coffee 3 Milk 2 Sugar mind me there is no other customer waiting in front of me for their order and he was taking way longer to make my coffee which was very obvious that he was trying to waste my time. Anyways I didn’t say anything to him I patiently waited for my coffee, when he handed it to me I looked at the label and it says Medium Hot Coffee Black I said to him this is not what I ordered he then replied to me and said” It’s not black coffee inside. I had a feelings he was lying because the label clearly says something else so I opened the lid right there on the counter and it was Black Coffee Inside. I said to him again this is not what I ordered he then goes” Oh that wasn’t yours I said to him but you handed it to me in my had and said here is your coffee sir. I don’t understand why the workers should have an attitude when it’s time to redeem in store points which we earn as customers. I spend a lot of money at Dunkin on coffee I don’t earn the point for free. This guy shouldn’t be working at any Dunkin Donuts. I will be going back to get his name and file a complaint to the store manager.
They don’t know how to
Communicate, they make you wait even when they are not busy. Very rude staff, they never have straws for cups bigger than small size. When you ask for the cup they don’t give and make excuses (even if they have).

Fast efficient. Usually empty during school hours. Has drive through. Drinks are made very well. Croissants and donuts are soft and fresh.
