Cashier was super rude and didn’t want to give me back my change saying she didn’t have any more coins then she got my order wrong and tried to double charge me and at the end it was cold

His attitude so bad , and also he take order behave as like all customer homeless and we are coming in this store for free food ,
He take order and i was waiting in pickup area, but he made the latte and seat near by cash counter but didn’t call me your coffee is here , i am waiting long time then asked him where is my coffee he said right here ,
It was so funny ,,,

Fair place to stop on the way to the airport. The donuts were stale and the service was slow even though I was the only one there at the time but the s'more cold brew was fantastic!

After to got my order, I asked for an empty cup. She wanted to charge me 4 dollars for it and her excuse was the cups are counted. Just lied to me on my face. As a next employee of Dunkin. No one counts the cups and i offer to pay , and she said 4 dollars for one cup empty cup. That’s a little disgusting and extortion seems like.

Well they are always short staffed. It's very busy and at a location that is extremely flowing with people who work in the area because it's right off the highway. You sometimes get these people who are traveling by after a bar, club etc and they can be so loud, drunk and extremely obnoxious. People want to just grab their food and go, but having 1 staff worker doing all the heating up food, drinks and handling the register and at the same time slower than a sloth can be extremely annoying. Yeah I'll pass, no bueno for my mornings heading to work.
