Well they are always short staffed. It's very busy and at a location that is extremely flowing with people who work in the area because it's right off the highway. You sometimes get these people who are traveling by after a bar, club etc and they can be so loud, drunk and extremely obnoxious. People want to just grab their food and go, but having 1 staff worker doing all the heating up food, drinks and handling the register and at the same time slower than a sloth can...
