This is by far THE WORST customer service for dunkin donuts. I walked away after asking the clerk if I can get a coruscant with butter and she told me NO all 3 of the employees working RIGHT NOW said no to me. I walked away when Im a customer that comes there every single day to get coffee and I work for the dealership across the street moving forward I will tell my entire staff to NEVER buy from there. The team in our dealership for now on will go to another dunkin donuts near by this is the closes one to us because its a across the street she is a disgusting human being working for a food service.
Yesterday morning, 11.30 am I went there for coffee, front 2 lady stuff was matchless rude with me and all customers, seems like we want coffee without paying money,though all customers were talking nicely.
Front 2 lady very unprofessional and rude.
Please nobody talk with them with smily face.

They are so rude let me tell you they gave me diary one time and I asked them
To fix it and they were so set on the fact that it was oat milk but my baby has CMPA so I know it was diary because my baby felt all the side effects of it after and was crying her brains out ( she’s breastfed) their attitude towards fixing the problem was nasty literally could’ve ended up in the ER not that they care though since it’s not them right ? This location needs new staff ASAP!

Seriously, the customer service at Dunkin’ Donuts is a joke. My friend got major attitude picking up our order, which, of course, was WRONG. When I called to fix it, they were rude, hung up on me twice, and acted like talking to a manager was some kind of impossible task. What is wrong with these people? I'm beyond annoyed. How do people with zero customer service skills even get hired? It’s completely unprofessional and frankly, infuriating. Dunkin’ Donuts needs to get their act together and train their employees on basic manners. This isn’t rocket science, people!

I have to file a corporate complaint this is the third time I walked into dunkin, I saw employees digging their nose, touching their ears and not washing their hands. I appreciate clean food thank you

The workers were very slow. I ordered a hash brown and it wasn’t even fully cooked. The bagel was way too hard, I couldn’t even bite. It was a waste of money.

I’ve never had a problem with this location . I’ve done moblie orders here and walk in, and they always get my order right. The staff here always greets with a welcoming attitude. Have been coming here for years when in the area and will continue.

The worker at the register was talking to a lady that was out of uniform behind the register knowing I was waiting to place my order. Then to top it off I asked for an ice caramel latte with cold foam and oat milk she rings up this monstrosity. I double checked with her if she put cold foam she said yes but she truly didn’t. Only helpful worker was the lady making my latte because she double checked because she was the order and felt a weird energy in it. Hire new people because there’s no reason a simple order should have been this messed up.

It's unbelievable how these people get hired. As a former worker of Dunkin' Donuts, I know it is very important to listen to what the customer needs and wants. However these four of the five workers that were working today on June 23rd of 2025 at 1pm, do not know how to serve customers. I asked for a mango pienapple refresher with no ice and cold foam on top. I paid an extra 75 cents for the cold foam, which I don't mind, I know how it works. After questioning my order and repeating it for 30 seconds, they finally made my drink. You workers are getting paid for it, so make it the way I want. I was given little to no cold foam on the top. Theres a line where cold foam is supposed to be served and they gave the smallest line possible. They even tell me in a rude and sarcastic tone to not come back if I need ice in my drink. Unbelievable

Pretty sure they’re intentionally skimming coffee. Been here multiple times and every single time the drink is 99% milk. Lattes should have double shots.

horrible customer service the lady who makes the food was very rude and had an attitude like she didn't want to be there i had to make sure she didn't spit in my food best believe would of been some problems
