Usually get my coffee from here in the mornings and their morning crew is 10/10 (typically the women) are quick, efficient and most of all HYGIENIC.
Evening crew?!. Sad to say the absolutely the opposite. The evening manager Baharul? The older man with the glasses, practices ZERO hygiene. He grabs both the pastries and drink lids/cup with zero gloves. He uses the parchment paper to “grab” the donuts.. when his gloveless fingertips touch them all. He handles cups from the inside again GLOVELESS and touches the lids that people presumably put to their mouths on without gloves…
Avoid coming here past 3/4 pm when the crew members change and always wipe your lids

The afternoon staff are very unsanitary and need to be trained on food safety. I order a milkshake The cashier goes to wash her hands in the water the ice cream scoopers are in. Had I not tell her she is supposed to use the sink available in the store to clean her hands. I immediately asked for a refund she tried to justify that she is right absolutely disgusting.

Ordered a lot from this DD. My daughter wanted extra ice for her drink. She asked for a cup of ice and the staff refused saying she needed to pay for a cup of ice. Star bucks never charges extra for a cup of ice.

This dunkin is the best dunkin!! Everyone who works here is so lovely and kind, and they make the drinks the best of any location—I have a few that I go to regularly for convenience and this one is 1000% the superior dunkin!!!
