Ripping people off for WATER?
“We don’t have distilled tap water, but a bottle.”
Oh then how are you making tea and coffee?
Selling non human food to human for Michelin restaurants price
Really quite bad. Service was awful. Everyone looked pissed off. They screwed up several orders while I was there. The food was also horrible.
I'm from Chicago, so writing a review of a Dunkin in New York feels pretty weird, but there are multiple specific reasons a traveler might want to pick somewhere else for their airport meal:
1. You are encouraged to order from a kiosk, but the kiosk does not accept any order customizations. I am lactose intolerant, and have zero problems ordering a breakfast sandwich with no cheese at other locations, but here, you literally have to yell your changes to the already-overwhelmed employee making your food.
2. The kiosk does not accept cash. They must open a register for you if you have cash.
3. At least when I was there, the register used for cash transactions was not producing itemized receipts. So, a young woman who needed this documentation for corporate reimbursement purposes needed to speak to a manager. This held up the entire place.
4. All of these unforced errors are being balanced with only 1 or 2 people working. I feel awful for them.
I'm giving an extra star because the food was hot and fresh, and the employees were absolutely doing their best to function in a totally dysfunctional system.
Waited 15min for my 2 ice coffee while other customers who ordered after me got their drink and food order. As well the cashier was very rude
There was no one on the line and I stood in front of the register ready for order . I was told to use the kiosk thing. Amazing….. !!!! There were four employees and no one really wanna go to register….
Not much of a point to have a lot up menus with items you don’t offer. And the attitude when asking how to order the sourdough breakfast sandwich that is on the menus but apparently not offered oh well I guess welcome to nyc

I don't usually do this but I want to share my unpleasant experience today, I ordered my mocha as usual and told them that the flavor was different than usual, my manager Jamal and his team in a very rude way told me that I was screwed and that they were not going to serve me and that if I wanted to call the company.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Staff is very very rude, they do not work together. The lady is controlling and rude to her employees and customers. You will wait FOREVER for your drink and then FOREVER after getting your drink for any food you order, even if it’s just a donut!!!!

I was ripped off at this DD location at Terminal B. We ordered and paid for 2 Lattes with Hazelnut (one cold and one hot) and what we got were regular coffees without the Hazelnut. We realized this once we got to the gate and it was too late to track back. This DD takes advantage of their location as a place where people are on the go and realize the "cheat" too late. Also, the place is dirty and the service is horrible. AVOID THIS DD LOCATION AT TERMINAL B AT LA GUARDIA AIRPORT!

Waited 30 mins in line to found out at the counter there is no hot food. No bagels, no hash browns, no toasting anything. I wish they would had said something otherwise I wouldn't have spend $35 on 2 coffee, 2 donuts, 1 bottle Pepsi, and one black coffee. The franchise needs to take control of this location and hire more helpers to do the right thing.

After walking through security to go to my trusting dunkin to quench my thirst, I had the worst possible experience. I could not imagine a worse experience. The line was so long to wait for not people, but computers to assist you through the ordering process. The computers were slow and the reason the line was so long. While a dunkin employee was watching me struggle with the computer, not offering to help, I couldn’t help but notice that the computer did not have the full menu. The advertised seasonal drink was not there, and when I asked to get that drink the employee did not help. So unsatisfied, I ordered a regular coffee, and waited for the computer to pay with my gift card. After about two minutes of waiting for the machine to load, I found out they did not accept gift cards. It is unbelievable that this establishment can associate itself to the company “Dunkin’ Donuts”. What I experienced was an amateur, unprofessional and disappointing customer service as well as a lack of caffeine. I will not be supporting this so called Dunkin’ Donuts in the future. I hope you can fix your business.
Sincerely,
A concerned, previous Dunkin’ customer.

What a shame that you order bread for breakfast in this place and they can't heat it up.
