Very bad experience. Stay away. On 11.04 I ordered caramel latte. They have not put caramel in and refused to do this unless I pay extra. I then said ok.Refund me the money. I was given the printout that money were refunded. But they have not done this and I now had to file the dispute with credit card. I don't care for $6.00 but this is is fraud and a scam. Not to mention that I personally saw how the young guy who identified himself as manager put aside my already tasted coffee to , I assume Give another customer instead of throwing away.

Every time I order Dark Roast midnight and they always give regular blend. Don’t they know customers can taste the difference. Terrible!

Super slow service. No live body to take your order. Limited menu, high prices, and not only don't they do online ordering, they also do not take the app at all. Total scam.

The ordering system is extremely poor and inefficient. You have to order through an electronic kiosk, but at least half of the menu items are unavailable. I can literally see the item I want, but there’s no actual option to order it. Why not just let people order through the app?

A long, long line to wait to order at a kiosk. Followed by a fifteen minute wait after that to get my order, which I got only by speaking up after seeing other people, who ordered after me, get served before me. The system is optimized to take in payments, not to serve customers.

The process is horrible. This is the slowest Dunkin. The process to order is slow. They need more machines to order. Add two machines. 45 minutes to get a black coffee.

Choose to get coffee at this location because you expect the quality and service to be great. Wrong! Not this location. A manager barked at the line of customers that they were out of Lattes, Cappuccino etc and basically just had plain coffee. She yelled “so don’t order it and we’re not taking orders via app either!” She states they had run out even though it was 4am in the morning. Terrible service. We ended up ordering to plain coffees from the kiosk and they forgot to add sugar to one. Terrible. PS: There are other coffee options as you go further into the gate areas. Don’t waste you time at this one. It was way too early to get yelled at.

The worst Dunkin’ experience ever. Rude staff and trashy coffee

The line was insane and once I was finally up there nobody took my order for 12 minutes and they saw me standing around with my app open nobody said anything. After I kept calling for someone then they told me they don’t take apps. 30 minutes of standing around and they were just laughing and joking around instead of making drinks.

Worst designed and worst managed Dunkin’ I’ve ever seen. 3 staff working during peak morning rush with 20+ in line consistently. No system at all: each staff member runs around randomly yelling, sometimes on cash, sometimes making drinks. If you actually order a donut, god help you getting it as the order disappears and nobody grabs it for you - you’ll have to shout someone down and beg them for it. Menu boards are all broken and don’t show prices which seems illegal. Kiosk is horribly designed for ordering and the menu on the kiosk is different from the menu boards - for example, menu boards say there’s a mango pineapple refresher, but you can’t order it - you can only order Yellow or Blue, whatever that means. Baffling, kafkaesque experience. Welcome to New York, I guess. Would it surprise you to learn that the iced tea was horrible? On the bright side, if you want a free donut, just walk in, stand by the counter, and shout “Can I get the jelly filled I ordered?” and they’ll give it to you because they have no system whatsoever.
