I avoided this Dunkin forever but finally tried because the line was short for once. Maybe the worst Dunkin of all time. Absolute chaos. They make you order from screens even though there are people standing right there and it causes everything to get backed up. Ordered a large hot coffee and it took 15 min before they told me they were out of milk. Waited another 5 min for someone to help give me a refund who acted like it was my fault. All while people around me were getting mad at not getting their orders and not being able to order. Avoid at all costs

The WORST Dunkin I've ever been to! The bagel was hard, the bacon soggy, and a serving of hash browns is apparently only 4 small discs. And on top of that they forgot my apple fritter!! I spent over 40 bucks for breakfast and was handed garbage.

Over priced is a understatement. Spending $20 on something that costs $12 max is devil’s work. Its unfair to the customers and on top they don’t even know what poppy seed means. The worst thing is that they don’t even show the prices on the screen its shown as x.xx lol until you go up to the register. Whoever did this should be ashamed of themselves. Guess what? They got my order completely wrong when i repeated my order 3 times

Poorly managed, watched them forget to put espresso in our latte. Told us of course there's espresso in it and shooed us away scoffing at us. $10 chocolate milk

I’m not one to usually leave bad reviews but the food was burnt and my hash browns were soggy and tasted funny, and the staff was just rude. Just get your airport food elsewhere, really.

Very bad experience. Stay away. On 11.04 I ordered caramel latte. They have not put caramel in and refused to do this unless I pay extra. I then said ok.Refund me the money. I was given the printout that money were refunded. But they have not done this and I now had to file the dispute with credit card. I don't care for $6.00 but this is is fraud and a scam. Not to mention that I personally saw how the young guy who identified himself as manager put aside my already tasted coffee to , I assume Give another customer instead of throwing away.

Every time I order Dark Roast midnight and they always give regular blend. Don’t they know customers can taste the difference. Terrible!

Super slow service. No live body to take your order. Limited menu, high prices, and not only don't they do online ordering, they also do not take the app at all. Total scam.

The ordering system is extremely poor and inefficient. You have to order through an electronic kiosk, but at least half of the menu items are unavailable. I can literally see the item I want, but there’s no actual option to order it. Why not just let people order through the app?

A long, long line to wait to order at a kiosk. Followed by a fifteen minute wait after that to get my order, which I got only by speaking up after seeing other people, who ordered after me, get served before me. The system is optimized to take in payments, not to serve customers.

The process is horrible. This is the slowest Dunkin. The process to order is slow. They need more machines to order. Add two machines. 45 minutes to get a black coffee.
