Customer service is pathetic here. They don’t care about customer. Sometimes customers are less and these girls too much still no customer service is provided. Dunkin needs to hire some professional people to work.

The Customer service over here stinks. Nobody wants to take care of you. People run away from the customer and I just experienced one of the employees behind the counter on the phone while I’m standing there trying to get my cake for a birthday.

A lot of times I go there something is always wrong with the drink and the workers do not know how to treat people or talk to people, right. One example being my girl was fasting and we ordered the white cheddar twist bagel. The worker cooked it with eggs in the oven and touched everything with the same gloves then gets an attitude with me when I called him out for cross contamination it is unacceptable over there, slamming the oven saying I should change my gloves one more time right giving me attitude.Never go here! unless you want a headache

They didn’t serve me and just stared at us, I asked them multiple times that I was here to pick up a cake and they ignored me. They had a nasty attitude and side eyed us thinking that we were crazy. Would not order from here again, terrible customer service they act like they don’t want to do their job.

I ordered the $6 meal deal and specifically requested it with bacon. I made sure to state my preference clearly when ordering. However, when I received my meal, there was no bacon included. I noticed that the woman who took and made my order appeared to be Muslim based on her attire, and gave me a strange look when I mentioned bacon. I respect everyone’s religious and cultural beliefs, but it’s important to note that not all Bengalis are Muslim, and regardless of personal beliefs, customers should receive what they’ve ordered, especially when it’s paid for. In a service setting, customer requests should be honored, not silently altered.
