So now you must order from a screen that takes much longer than ordering with a person… this is to free the employees to focus on the food prep.

The Dunkin' is on the first floor of LaGuardia beside door 3. The coffee is good and the donuts are okay. The staff were friendly and quick.For the Canadian crowd, it is similar to Tim Hortons with better coffee and slightly worse donuts.

Zombie'n donuts.People there work like zombies, l on top of that, they don't want to keep DD hygiene standards.The guy mopped the floor then made a sandwich with the same gloves, the girl makes the coffee she likes, hence the customers refuse the product and she must make another coffee again, this should be done from the beginning, what she does is a loss of money for the owner. Anyway, the worst part is when I was told my coffee had no sugar and it had. Think what could happen to a diabetic person in a flight.These people are not taking care of the customers, neither on the business.

This is specifically for Dunkin’ Donuts terminal B post security. The absolute worst experience of my life. If you are not looking to do a kiosk order (which was the only option available - they were not accepting mobile orders at this time) then you will be waiting until there is NO LINE behind you. I had to do this today and still they didn’t take my order. They stood long enough to have conversations with each other whilst not working and customers waiting for their donuts and drinks. I expected better and definitely won’t be returning again. They probably don’t know how to make speciality drinks. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever.

Tucked into a corner of the lower level at LaGuardia’s beautiful Terminal B. Bright sign, clan surroundings, tables and chairs in front of the location. No app access. And everything is a lot more expensive in an airport. Service was adequate, although I had to wait for an employee from the back notice me, which was not great. They didn’t seem too interested in their positions.

I took iced late macha and they charged higher then displayed price.when i asked then they said price went up but if you order from the machine then they show same price as displayed. That guy was very rude even gave random answer without helping customers.Not happy with the service and charged amount.
