I just recently started going to this location after always going to the other two nearby locations. For pick-up orders, I feel like this one is the best location.
I’ve started getting pick-up orders from here and I haven’t had any issues.
My order is always correct and the food is as expected.

I went into this location Saturday afternoon at around 12:30 PM , as i walked to a table the food i ordered fell on the floor and the lady mopping never apologized or offered to replace the food that i never touched , she instead looked toward her co-worker and started speaking in their language as i walked out of the store . Very poor customer service .

It's more of a take out spot due to limited indoor seating availability. But don't let that stop you from visiting this great little spot. Place is clean and in good shape. It's one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts locations. My online order is always ready when I get there. Staff are friendly and professional.

Consistently overcharging for all drinks. I would have written a review sooner but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, they have now had to give me a refund THREE times (finally started to catch on when my total for the same drink would be different each time, who knows how many other times they’ve done this & I haven’t caught it). Today will be my last time in. I write this review to warn everyone to check their receipts before they leave, especially in this economy. There is no way this is just happening to me. I have explained to them many times how wrong it is for them to carelessly input whatever they want into their register. I’d rather walk further to a location that doesn’t steal money from people.

There were two employees (one of them seemed to be a new hire)they spoke in their own language in the store and didn't even take a step to speak English for one minute while I was in there and ordering. All in all pretty rude and not interested in giving a nice customer service. They were happy when I left because they turned around immediately ready to chat to eachother again. The store was a mess and needed a clean up urgently, but the employees were busy chatting.

Why can't I find a reliable coffee shop ?They handed me my drink today with literally 1/3 cup of coffee and all foam. Worker looked at me bewildered. I didn't have time for this and returned my drink and walked out.When you tip no issuesWhen you app it bc of their scores no issueVisit with Caution ⚠️
For some reason the lattes here always taste burnt. Go to any of the others on Ditmars nearby and the coffees taste much better!

Worst Dunkin I’ve been I Astoria . They always get me something wrong : miss a item ,under heat the mini bites , wrong coffee and they didn’t know how to help me give me my rewards using the DUNKIN app.

They always undercook the bacon. Today the bacon on my sandwich was totally raw. That's not ok. Also, they never ever stir the iced coffee. All of the stuff just sits at the bottom, so be prepared for flavor shock if you don't mix it yourself.
