They move slow even when it isn’t busy & it goes to both ordering in person & online
They have been giving attitude not only me but to other people. They take long with my food and at the end it’s cold, not only it’s not cold but they give the wrong orders out. A guy came and talked to the manager about what happened last time and to do better, he wasn’t gonna try to argue or want anything free. The manager started screaming and gave him attitude when he was trying find a solution to a problem. She was being disrespectful, They don’t wanna do there JOB.

I ordered a wake up wrap and they served it to me cold and was also straight up missing some of the food. Also the manager was arguing with a customer while i was waiting for my food. They were being extremely disrespectful to the customer and the manager kept telling the customer that she doesn’t care.

Every morning i go to this Dunkin’ Donuts across from the queens project it’s always something. They never have napkins. Always out of black pepper salt. I work upstairs above the store so coming down for breakfast is convenient. About 3 times I express how my things are just bad like my chicken rap was cold and another time I express how the store was dirty with trash. This is where I’m eating from. The manager is so rude and that she doesn’t care because she blames corporate for the deplorable condition. I actually argue how my sandwich was cold and she said she don’t care call corporate. I walk out never to buy there again. She even blame the guy for making the cold rap twice for the week. I wasn’t even complaining for a new rap I just want them to do better,
I love Dunkin’. Always consistent. No matter which you go to.

the slowest dunkin i’ve ever been to, and i’ve been to many. they prepare food orders one at a time even during rush hours

I got my food and drink, they were good but the workers were newbies and slow at brewing and intentionally gave me wrong change. Store had flies and there are no donuts on display which is a staple for the brand, so that's a buzz kill

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever gone to. If I could put zero stars, I would. My order was too Medium hot chocolate Add milk because they were for children and I didn’t want them to get their mouths burn. They never added the milk had to request it a third time the donuts were Crushed in the bag, which were supposed to be free and I actually had paid for them. when I told them They came up with 1 million excuses of why I couldn’t get the two free donuts or a refund. The food was not cooked properly and the atmosphere was just So negative do not recommend going to this Dunkin’ Donuts wasted my $28 and some change now I’m heading somewhere else to get the kids something to eat not happy and extremely disappointed with their services.

this morning i went to have breakfast here, i wanted to communicate and the girl named Anny is super rude to the customers and she can't understand basic english, despite this her attitude towards the customer is rude like never seen before. i hate writing reviews, it's the first time i do it but i can't help it in front of this one.

Order food spent $15 when I came to pick it up ask for ketchup they said no ketchup.
if i could give 0 stars i would. i placed a mobile order way ahead of time before i even got off the f train. i still had to wait 30 minutes for my order, and people that had came in AFTER me and placed orders in the store were getting their stuff before the people with mobile orders. the whole point of mobile orders is for the order ahead option, i shouldn’t have to flag down employees to get them to finish making my stuff. not to mention that my ham + swiss croissant was not really cooked. AVOID COMING HERE, DONT FALL FOR THE CONVENIENT LOCATION
