The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever gone to. If I could put zero stars, I would. My order was too Medium hot chocolate Add milk because they were for children and I didn’t want them to get their mouths burn. They never added the milk had to request it a third time the donuts were Crushed in the bag, which were supposed to be free and I actually had paid for them. when I told them They came up with 1 million excuses of why I couldn’t get the two free donuts or a refund. The food was not cooked properly and the atmosphere was just So negative do not recommend going to this Dunkin’ Donuts wasted my $28 and some change now I’m heading somewhere else to get the kids something to eat not happy and extremely disappointed with their services.

this morning i went to have breakfast here, i wanted to communicate and the girl named Anny is super rude to the customers and she can't understand basic english, despite this her attitude towards the customer is rude like never seen before. i hate writing reviews, it's the first time i do it but i can't help it in front of this one.

if i could give 0 stars i would. i placed a mobile order way ahead of time before i even got off the f train. i still had to wait 30 minutes for my order, and people that had came in AFTER me and placed orders in the store were getting their stuff before the people with mobile orders. the whole point of mobile orders is for the order ahead option, i shouldn’t have to flag down employees to get them to finish making my stuff. not to mention that my ham + swiss croissant was not really cooked. AVOID COMING HERE, DONT FALL FOR THE CONVENIENT LOCATION

Placed an order on the Dunkin App. When I got to the store the ovens were not working. Therefore, I wasn’t able to retrieve my order. I was told I wasn’t able to get a refund. I was told to come back when the ovens were working and I’ll be able to get my order. When I went back, the employees acted as if they didn’t understand what I was saying. As if they weren’t aware that the store ovens and fryers weren’t working the other day. I lost out on money and poor customer service was given.

Ordered a Bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was dry and stale. The cream cheese was sparingly applied. I was very disappointed with my order.
I order a grill cheese sandwich, and everything was fine until i see the lady touching all the bacon and did not switch gloves to touch the other ingredients. She was touching the cheese with the same gloves she touched the bacon. Her gloves were super oily. And I told her to switch gloves because I have a food allergy to bacon and she started yelling at me. Why should she switch gloves and i told her you are mixing bacon and cheese and some people cannot have those mixed. Its not the first time she is disrespectful.

Tried to get a breakfast sandwich this morning and these ppl had a line going out the door. I couldn’t believe it… A LINE FOR DUNKIN DONUTS?! OUT THE DOOR?! Each and every employee should be fired and charged for being incompetent.

The cashier never smiles and very rude... on top of tht this is the most slowest service ever! They rake their time and never say sorry!I showed the cashier my coupon as I am loyal dedicated customer for over 4 years she knows who I am and didn't want to. Give it to me when I told her there's an issue with my card can I pay cash but still. I got 0 coffee on the way to work.Horrible and rude cashier lady! The staff I always hear them laughing about others ...very disgusting. I will never show my face there..
