Dunkin'

The workers here during the morning hours are extremely hostile and rude. They refuse to admit mistakes even if they did occur. Ordered a pistachio cold brew and it did not taste right I asked them to remake it and they refused. Also gave me a hard time about adding whipped cream to a drink I order that comes with whip cream.

The girl who works here with beautiful bunny ring are so nice and patient, cause I come to the shop bought milk and paid with a lot of coins. She’s the sweetest lady in the airport. It’s a happy story in this trip for me🩷🥰

The food here was amazing, it was fresh and made to perfection.
The staff were super nice and were trying to do everything super quickly since it's the airport, and still kept quality while making things.
The restaurant itself is a bit hidden and it took time to find it

The items are overpriced to begin with. Then they add a 3% employee retention fee on the bill. Hard to beleive? Check out the photos.

Coffee in an airport for under $5 - can’t beat it.

Wow y'all don't sleep on this the food and service is fast and awesome. The croissant sweet bacon sandwich (5/5) is better than some actual sit down restaurants I've been to, and it's ready in 2 minutes. The king Hawaiian sliders (4.5/5) were also super tasty. Service is also super nice. Highly recommend!

My buddy got a vanilla donut, and he likes it, as always. I got a plain and a strawberry donut. It was like any dunkin donuts I ever had before.

Took a while to show up. A note on the cash register said they don't accept dunkin points.

Two ladies tonight stated they were not selling refreshers after they just served the person in front of me with one. I just feel this disturbing and annoying that we just took our business elsewhere, manager or owner please rectify your staff to a better standard.

This shop inside the JFK is a rip off overpriced and lazy team. Not giving points on DD app and so on. Spent 17 buck on simple coffee donut n croissant

A woman look so mad when she service me. I need a recommendation drink bc I don't drink dunkin' before. I ask her but she didn't give me recommendations, she just put ingredients and add money. And then I change my mind I wanna drink latte but her face look so mad and shake my drink look awful. Wrong food for me.

Employees don't understand simple items that are ordered but understand how to waste time, how does that work? Maybe start hiring with the basic working qualifications?
