Went 5 mins ago to buy something and there was a girl working with a nose ring and she had braids and put her hair in a bun, she had the worst attitude ever and obviously didn’t want to work today. No wonder it’s so empty, we left and didn’t buy anything. Don’t waste your money here

After a longggggg flight, we were greeted by a wonderful lady by the name of Maggie. She needs a raise. She was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Best coffee I’ve ever had from Dunkin’. I’m not sure how she may be rewarded for this, but she made our day. Thank you, Maggie!

It is the only place in Terminal 7 with relatively adequate prices. Food is okay.

Total crap and they charge a 3% employee charge without even telling you! What a joke!

The workers here during the morning hours are extremely hostile and rude. They refuse to admit mistakes even if they did occur. Ordered a pistachio cold brew and it did not taste right I asked them to remake it and they refused. Also gave me a hard time about adding whipped cream to a drink I order that comes with whip cream.

The girl who works here with beautiful bunny ring are so nice and patient, cause I come to the shop bought milk and paid with a lot of coins. She’s the sweetest lady in the airport. It’s a happy story in this trip for me🩷🥰

The food here was amazing, it was fresh and made to perfection.
The staff were super nice and were trying to do everything super quickly since it's the airport, and still kept quality while making things.
The restaurant itself is a bit hidden and it took time to find it

The items are overpriced to begin with. Then they add a 3% employee retention fee on the bill. Hard to beleive? Check out the photos.

Coffee in an airport for under $5 - can’t beat it.

Wow y'all don't sleep on this the food and service is fast and awesome. The croissant sweet bacon sandwich (5/5) is better than some actual sit down restaurants I've been to, and it's ready in 2 minutes. The king Hawaiian sliders (4.5/5) were also super tasty. Service is also super nice. Highly recommend!

My buddy got a vanilla donut, and he likes it, as always. I got a plain and a strawberry donut. It was like any dunkin donuts I ever had before.

Took a while to show up. A note on the cash register said they don't accept dunkin points.
