Worker are so rude

Asked for hot cappuccino, they didn't make it, service was awful, another customer asked for black tea, got green tea, when it was mentioned they were pulling their faces and unhelpful at replacing it. Obviously they didn't want to work at all...

Employees stand in front of the full shelf and don't want to sell anything.
The staff was so kind. There was a woman with a pink head scarf and she was going above and beyond for customers. :) made my day!

Exactly what you'd expect. I only came here after seeing all the horrible reviews for the other places in this terminal. As mediocre/subpar dunkin' is, I still reckon it's better than other places here if you're looking for a quick breakfast

No alternative milk for a large chain is ridiculous. They overfill the coffee so much that it spills everywhere as soon as you touch it. Lids not even put on right
