Don't bother coming here. Asked woman at counter for black iced coffee with vanilla syrup. Got handed a light coffee because the syrup changed the color of the coffee??? Literally have never seen that. She said the caramel changed the color. Remade it with vanilla and got handed another light colored drink, extremely sweet, and tasted of caramel. She insisted it was vanilla and had a bad attitude and never apologized. I just asked for a regular black iced coffee instead. I would've been more forgiving if she didn't have the worst attitude. Skip this place.

Disgusting service from the woman who works here. Ordered 2 coffees and asked for decaf, to be told no decaf. I pointed out on their board that it says decaf available - to be told no it wasn’t. Seems as though because I’d said decaf after stating which coffees it is I wanted, they couldn’t be bothered to change as the other woman had rushed ahead and started to make it. What coffee place doesn’t do decaf? Change your board if you don’t have it. Furthermore, I asked for unsweetened vanilla in my coffee - took one swig of it and it was pure sugar. Vile.Rude customer service & disgusting attitude from the worker working at the till.

I ordered an iced latte and asked for a milk alternative and they didn’t have any. I also ordered a croissant and asked them to warm it up, and the oven was broken. The drink was good at least.

Crew working there at 6am this morning were fast and efficient. Food and coffee are like Dunkin anywhere else, though the croissants seems a little stale (but that's also luck of the draw) . Remember that because it's an airport Dunkin they don't take rewards.

So it's Thursday 28 of December 2023 am here thirty for a hot cup of coffee before I pass through immigration for my flight, I was told there is a Dunkin Donuts downstairs so I with my joyful self went down the escalator to get the coffee that I craved like a very pregnant woman ( smile) only to discover they were CLOSED not a worker inside NOBODY I felt it in my feet the pain was unbearable what's going on I ran to the taxi dispatcher to find out what's going on he said he did not know they usually open very early. Am hurt sharrted. Damage, where are they? So I called 311 to send an ambulance immediately with orders to bring me a cup of coffee.

A lot of talking, not a lot of working. When you're waiting for your simple order, play a game of how many employees you can spot on their cellphone. Another cool game is to see if you can actually find an employee that actually enjoys working there. Go here if you must, you're going to regret it.
