Food was horrible. Hash browns were burned and tasted like the overheated oven. I couldn’t even eat it same goes with my friends orders.

i ordered for the decafe coffee and the lady staff working over there with the hijab gave me regular coffee with water added as a decafe. Comeon adding plain hot water doesnt make a coffee Decafe. I asked her to make me real decafe and she was angry insisting tha the coffee added with plain water is decafe.
Finally she made me decafe coffee, I dont know how she made the coffee, this time the coffee was not hot, I order for Hot Coffee.
She was showing her attitude. I was the regular customer of this location for more than 15 years, but I wont be going there again.
How could they add plain hot water to regaular coffee and serv me as a decafe.
I hope the management will do something about it, or please remove decafe coffee from your menu.

They lack customer service and attention! A bunch of workers that give attitude and don’t care. Make the food incorrect and don’t fulfill your request . Gave me an extremely watery ice coffee I said add caramel and they just added sugar . Every single time I come in they’re all giving a bunch of attitude . Made the place nicer but not the employees.

Nice workers but they need to hire more people to work the floor or better coordination because its a very busy location. Me and my gf had to wait a while to get a scoop of ice cream because they kept working on orders that came after us.

This place never improves even after a renovation . Number one complaint is quality of food and service .last week ordered hot tea with+1 milk .the Spanish employee instead of small quantity of milk made it with plenty of milk which is not good for dyalsis patient. Return it and get a new one with the help of another employee . This week ordered a blueberry muffin warm a bagel with jelly and toasted .a hot small tea with+1 milk . Employee put the warm blue Barry muffin direct into the paper bag with out wrapping it with some soft paper it did stick with the bag when told her that this is not the way to give a warm muffin ( last time this store employee did the same with a warm coffee roll ) employee took out the muffin from the paper bag wrap it and put it back . Coming back home open the Dunkin donuts paper bag and found bagel with jelly was not toasted any way .it's hard to eat a bagel when it's not toasted . This store has shortage of napkins when a customer request them one or two paper napkins are granted like it's very expensive item . It's not only me who is not satisfied with this store on 7413 Roosevelt Ave a large number of customers at review can be seen with complaints

Worst experience at 7413 Roosevelt Ave store .In last two visits . Last time when ordered hot tea with+1 milk . received hot tea full of milk ( not good for dyalsis patient ) when complained to the counter girl the Spanish girl totally ignored what I was saying .then another employee took that cup of tea and replaced it with the desire milk quantity . Today ordered one bagel toasted ( light toasted) a blueberry muffin toasted and coffee role warm. When at home check the bagel was not toasted at all . Also when employe was putting warm muffin and coffee roll she did not wrap them with butter paper but through direct into the paper bag ( saving money for boss) I told her that when you put a warm muffin and coffee roll direct into the paper bad with out wrapping it it will stick with paper bag .she fix it .here customers has to request paper napkins and then two pieces of napkins granted no matter you buy 3 items and need more napkins

When the store was temporarily closed, the mobile order was left on. I placed my order and upon arrival, it was still closed. My mistake for not checking. I requested a refund, was contacted by the manager to come in to have my breakfast compensated. How the staff in the morning will be informed. And all I had to do was state my name and the issue and the manager approved of the compensation. When I arrived I was looked at like I was crazy and deranged. Had a hand stuck out to my face for me to be silenced. I just ordered my food and coffee and paid for it yet again with my money. I contacted customer support and the manager called me again not taking accountability but making excuses for her staff. Even though I said what was told to be said to the staff to be able to retrieve the compensated items. Also id like to mention the store wasn’t busy, so if it was I wouldn’t have minded to step aside and let the rush go by. It was excuses and excuses and not one ounce of accountability. She kept insisting to go back, but after being embarrassed like that………Never again will I be coming here again. Especially for the fact I went directly here for all my mobile orders. At this point I don’t care for my refund, I’ll just take my service at another location.

You can't possibly rate a place two weeks ago since this location has been temporarily closed from at least May 1, 24. According to the notices on the door it's supposed to be about plumbing repairs. Hopefully it's really being remodeled instead because of mistreatment by homeless and so called customers alike. I felt sorry for the employees since they've had to deal with these terrible and disgusting bunch of losers, even calling the police every now and again. Last time I was there was about a month before they closed, but I stopped going because of too many arguments between creeps and filthy language. Speaking of which, the inside of the store was too dirty because of homeless and nasty slobs in general, the place ended up looking like the Dunkin Donuts pre renovation of the 80s and 90s, when they also had bathrooms resembling gross subway stations ones. (That's why all DDs got rid of those).

I'm crossing my fingers they'll fix this location up, you can't renovate a-holes but maybe they'll attempt to keep it nice (Ha, Ha), otherwise I'm keeping away. Drinks are too expensive to keep returning to a dive.

AWFUL SERVICE. WORST DUNKIN EVER. Pretty sure most of the 5 stars are fake. They were incredibly rude. They didn't know how to put gift card number in manually and said it's not possible when I have done it at 10 other Dunkin locations easily. The guy didn't even try to help me. They were incredibly dismissive. Then when I finally downloaded the app and used the barcode I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The girl tried to put strawberry cream cheese and came to $8!!!!!! I saw they put 8OZ TUB OF CREAM CHEESE!!!! Then I said I just want it in my bagel and the RUDE GUY came back. He checked the system and AGAIN it's not possible to get strawberry cream cheese unless I get a tub. I was like what in the world. I get strawberry cream cheese at EVERY SINGLE DUNKIN but apparently this one only gives TUBS LOL. FINALLY I just said give me regular and left as soon as I could. They are also hella overpriced. And my sister said she once got coffee there and it was awful. DONT GO TO THIS DUNKIN.
