AWFUL SERVICE. WORST DUNKIN EVER. Pretty sure most of the 5 stars are fake. They were incredibly rude. They didn't know how to put gift card number in manually and said it's not possible when I have done it at 10 other Dunkin locations easily. The guy didn't even try to help me. They were incredibly dismissive. Then when I finally downloaded the app and used the barcode I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The girl tried to put strawberry cream cheese and came to $8!!!!!! I saw they put 8OZ TUB OF CREAM CHEESE!!!! Then I said I just want it in my bagel and the RUDE GUY came back. He checked the system and AGAIN it's not possible to get strawberry cream cheese unless I get a tub. I was like what in the world. I get strawberry cream cheese at EVERY SINGLE DUNKIN but apparently this one only gives TUBS LOL. FINALLY I just said give me regular and left as soon as I could. They are also hella overpriced. And my sister said she once got coffee there and it was awful. DONT GO TO THIS DUNKIN.

Went in here at 6am b/c I was working near by. I requested a iced green tea with matcha powder (yes I know it’s sounds ridiculous but I’ve ordered it at other Dunkin’ Donuts so I knew it was possible) the older man at the counter proceeded to tell me that the manager said no…he didn’t move or speak to anyone so I’m not sure who said no. I asked again if it was possible and what was the issue- he then said “no matcha powder” so I asked for a matcha latte which he said they had ? I told him to disregard. Safe to say if you want a basic drink yeah this place works but everything else good luck. I work in customer service so his attitude and the way he spoke to me was uncalled for especially at that hour. Hope he has the day he deserves!

It’s very good and surprising cheap for being next to a large subway station.Parking: Roosevelt Avenue is one of the most busy roads nearby. Jackson Heights is a very busy neighborhood. It's always a pleasure to stop in and get my regular black coffee with 5 stevias in the morning before work. The ladies are always polite and friendly. As soon as they see me, they have my usual ready, thanks again, ladies, for helping me start off my day. I even purchased some munchkins for my colleagues at work.

This is my favorite DD! Their donuts are super fresh. The store is clean and organized. I have been in many DD all over NY and so far this place is the best. The manager which is a lady is super friendly and always go above and beyond to please every customer. I always go and get apple spice donut which is my favorite and this is the only location that carry it but sometimes they sold out but she will make more donuts just so I can get some. The donuts are so fresh that the glazed donuts are so shinny and not covered in white dry glazed like other DD.Kid-friendliness: Manager is amazing! Staff is so friendly. I always get apple spice and if they are sold out she will make new ones. Always smiling and polite. I love this place
I ordered medium coffee and I saw a boy working there washing a medium cup and I was wondering what Is he doing, later on I came to realize that they have used the washed dirty used cup for my coffee. I will sue them if I get sick, what a stingy dirty people there. Don’t come to this Dunkin, sweet talk to just snatch your money.?

Lucky the pre-order service was closed , the doughnuts that I ordered were hard, and the clerk knew it, and he still gave them to me instead of telling me , went back and told him and he threw another doughnut at me !

And back to the horrible experience at this location. Went there the other day for an iced coffee; ordered what I needed and went to pay and the register wasn't working. So, had to switch to the other register and the bitch that put in my order tried to charge me more for the SAME DRINK!! All she did was argue with me so I said forget it and walked out. DO NOT TRY TO CHARGE ME A DIFFERENT PRICE FOR THE SAME DRINK!!! That lady needs to be fired for being the WORST worker ever. No wonder she works at Dunkin. What a bitch! NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! I gave it another chance and I'm DONE!!!!
