The staff member working during my visit was extremely rude and clearly needs proper training. Each time I come in, I’m left waiting while she avoids providing service.
I also observed a serious hygiene concern: she touched garbage and then immediately handled donuts without washing her hands or wearing gloves. This is unsanitary and unacceptable for a food establishment.
I hope management takes action to ensure staff are properly trained in both customer service and food safety.

Professional and respectful staffs.. Manager of this store knows how to make my ice coffee. Not a lot of dunkin knows how to make my coffee, some too watered down and others too sweet.. but this manager made it perfectly. 10/10 Hope this gm gives her a raise or a bonus. Great outdoor dining seating and a pickup window for those in a rush. Has a bathroom and spacious indoor seats. Definitely gonna make this my go to Dunkin since it's near my house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN

Only drink dubkin coffee. However this is my first time at this location. The 2 young ladies were doing absolutely nothing but chit chatting and CURSING. The 2 older women were doing everything. Coffee did not taste like I have at every other location. Hope the owners can be there sometimes to observe.

When they add a new item, maybe train people how to make it. I explicitly told the person to shake the espresso first, and then add a little bit of oat milk, she proceeds to make a shaken latte while staring at me. Add to that rudeness and absolute lack of customer service that i see across all dunkin in the area.

Excellent customer service. I accidentally received the wrong item for my order. When I pointed this out, the sales associate immediately apologized and gave me a free replacement. I was allowed to keep the incorrect item as well.
