My breakfast sandwich arrived with cold spots and rubbery bacon, and the croissant was more soggy than flaky. The glazed donuts tasted stale—dry center, glaze cracking like they’d been sitting out too long.
The store itself didn’t inspire confidence: sticky counters, crumbs on most tables, napkin dispensers empty, and a trash can that needed attention.

Horrible Dunkin’, they don’t pay attention when you’re ordering and make so many mistakes. Their donuts are often stale and the store is filthy and outdated, they have such a prime location yet their standard does not reflect it.
The staff are often disgruntled and most times they seem understaffed. They only have 3 tables…

Worst Dunkin ever… slow lazy and rude staff. Every time I went there had the worst experience. Today was the last time I stepped feer in there, I rather take my money somewhere else. When walked in the store was empty, only employees were there, no welcome, lady was scooping ice cream for god knows who (as I said the place was empty), another was behind the counter, another one was behind the register, another one was walking back and forth, we were standing there for 5 minutes! Nobody even looked at us, let alone took our order. Then another group of customers walked in after they being there for 2 minutes someone was about to take there order when I finally said “are you serious?! We’ve been here for almost 10 minutes and still nobody took care of us” so finally she asked what we want. So I said nothing thank you and walked out. Never go to a place where they don’t appreciate your business!!!
