A lot of talking refuse the service
I ordered a hash brown that was still frozen. I politely let the staff member know, but my concern was dismissed at first. She later took it and said she would bring a replacement, but after waiting over 15 minutes, no one followed up with me. This was a disappointing experience.
I was there on Friday at 5:30 PM on December 19, 2025, and the lady on staff was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, patient, and attentive while helping me with a large order for an event. She took the time to go over every detail and made sure everything was perfect. She truly made my day!

Nice place and good donuts, but the staff experience has gone downhill since the reopening. Be prepared to be talked about. I went in today around 4 PM, and the staff was genuinely rude and couldn’t even get orders right. There were two girls working, one with glasses and another girl, and they were laughing and making jokes about what another customer ordered and how she orders coffee everyday while speaking in Bengali which me and customer getting talked about understood and which made the situation very obvious and uncomfortable. It’s extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Why does it matter to the staff what someone orders? Even if a customer comes in every day and orders the same thing, that’s none of their business. Customers should never be judged or made fun of. The girl they were laughing about clearly noticed, as I heard her on the phone talking about filing another complaint and she absolutely should. Management seriously needs to address this by properly training staff or replacing those who cannot treat customers with basic manners and respect. Horrible staff just horrible.

Ever since the reopening I swear the staff are more rude and so much worst like bro I didn't remember them being that bad and for some reason they have a problem with people who got the 100 days iced coffee 😭 cuz I just saw today the staff laughing at a girl who orders everyday like dude that's so rude bro do they do that to everyone who gets their drinks everyday cuz that's mean as hell I genuinely hate going there now it feels like your getting judged by everything and I feel bad for those who got the 100 days free iced coffee who knows what they say about them.. it's almost like bullying bruh genuinely hate this place they are so freaking rude. Never going back again. And I recommend you to also not go. They will probably laugh at you too and can we talk about how watered down their drinks are 😐

The cashier today was so kind…so patient, I was a bit flustered trying to figure out what I wanted. Food was quickly made, fresh and hot. No issues! In and out in barely any time at all!

I visited this place on Monday, November 17th evening.The customer service was absolutely terrible. The two girls at the front were constantly yelling at customers. One of them even asked me to use the kiosk instead of ordering at the counter, with a sour face.
Their behavior was extremely racially biased. I was shocked to see the same girl serving people of different races differently
Its sad to see people being treated differently based on how they look!!!

They spend money to renovate this place meanwhile the same lost staff they are rude serve same watered down coffee it tastes like they are skimping somewhere maybe not adding enough coffee to the roast or in the machine I don’t know but it tastes like water they don’t know how to clear a line don’t know how to properly make the coffee here its never how you ask and on top of all of that they always get your order wrong corporate needs to send someone here to train the staff it’s pretty bad they have no set procedure in place they need big help !!

I thought this place is still continue but today, me n my young brother, we just found out, today is shut down. We had no idea y or how, or maybe not enough costumer?. We just found out today by seeing their fast food restaurant is all cover up with papers by the window.
