Good service. This Dunkin' has an order kiosk, so you can skip the line (or personal interaction), and you can still scan your QR code from your phone. Also, this location has seating, so you can sit and dine in, not just takeout or delivery.
I go to this Dunkin’ often and the service is always nice. The lady’s there are very nice and my drink comes very fast. Though it would be better if they had more room, because after school it gets very crowded by kids. But I love this Dunkin’ Donuts a lot and will be back. :)
I went to this store and I was so disappointed. I ordered an espresso with oatmilk and brown sugar, he took he order rehne upon asking the order as it was almost late… he was so rude that he shouted at me and when I asked him his name he was proud enough to announce the name. He laughed and and just swayed. Don’t go

Let me start by say I know y’all connected with that one on 48th street. ?? I use to be Dunkin’ Donuts arch Nemesis but not any more. I’m calling on all cooperate leaders to come and taste these franchises donuts. I’ve tried dk all around the country and none of them and I mean none of them donuts taste like heaven. I stopped eating donuts years ago and baby these store here will make you attempt to slap your mama.???. I’m not even over exaggerating please get all locations to mimic them please. ? ? ???

I live one block away from this dunkin and I’ve been going since I was a little girl. The employees from years ago were the nicest people you could ever meet but the employees now are very disrespectful and sometimes even look at you with disgust. Today I ordered ice cream, I wanted to use a coupon, the cashier was a bit nice but the code wasn’t working. I was about to say it’s ok but the manager or another employee came and screamed at me to turn my brightness up, it was on the highest but the scanner wasn’t working. She then screamed at me to go to the other register where the donuts are, they scanned my code, but it didn’t work. As I was counting my cash she screamed at me again asking me “Are you paying or what?” At that point I kind of raised my voice saying to give me a minute. I hated the service today, and this mostly this year, I think this dunkin needs some respectful employees. I use to work at Mcdonald’s, so I understand that sometimes a persons patience can go through the roof but you have to learn to not explode in a costumers face.

Had to change my review. So I asked for oat milk with my matcha but they still used reg milk and I asked them to make sure it's oat milk cuz I'm lactose intolerant but still got reg milk. Have me stomach ache. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES. AND ON TOP THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR OAT MILK.

I took Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam form that store around 12 noon on Saturday (08/12/2023), There is a senior employee worked in that time, who was in cashier she told another lady give him that one cause, second lady had an issue with make that drink. Any way i took the drink and i saw the foam was not looking ok also test was not sweet, after sometimes i feel test is totally sour which means milk was expired.I was unable to drink that, no idea why there service is like that, so far one of the busiest dunkin in our area.
