Ordered the $5 meal. In the advertisements, it says that the wrap comes with egg, bacon and cheese. All i got was some crumbled pieces of bacon with a slab of melted cheese in it. Not only that, but you also have to constantly get their attention to get your food order since they rarely announce it.

I came to this location and I was told I coukd get food because of a 100$ it's afternoon now im told they don't have change. This lady innthe photo was going to serve me but woukd except the 100$ .. I didn't just buy a coffee

Breakfast stuff was not particularly enjoyable. Fast service though. Also I imagine the donuts and drinks are as good as any other Dunkin, so third star for that.

I missed my train twice waiting for a simple cappuccino and when I asked the girl who served me, she didn't know and they didn't have my order, I simply left, I lost my money and cappuccino, it's not the first time, once I waited 15 minutes for an ice coffee... they are really bad in the service.

Waited over 10 minutes to order. The man comes over and I tell him I want a pumpkin sugar cookie iced coffee. He continues to say “we dont have sugar cookie”. Fine, I pull out the app and show him the official drink on the menu. After asking like 2 other people if they have sugar cookie, he says OK and then I get my order. He rung it up as a normal iced coffee with pumpkin.
I was already running late so I just left

I just went there there is 1 Indian or Bangali man he came to register then he said I am not taking your order because he is busy not even 1 customer there that guy is crazy plz management take a action right now

Took forever to serve, they didn’t even let me order with a person they made me order at the touch screen kiosk. And then, I got the 6 dollar meal deal and ended up paying 11.36 . And then they didn’t even give me my hash browns. Do better please

This location is a masterclass in confusion. Walked in craving something simple, iced coffee maybe a donut, and left with a headache and a story I didn’t ask for. Staff had no idea what was in stock. I asked for a basic drink and got a shrug followed by a long disappearance act. No one at the counter. No bell. Just ambient silence and the faint hope someone might emerge from the back.

Eventually someone did, looking surprised to find a customer in the store. No apology, no urgency, just vibes. And not the good kind.

Then came the kicker. They didn’t know how to make a latte. Not a custom order, not a seasonal special, just a latte. At Dunkin. I watched a staff member Google it behind the counter like it was a chemistry experiment.

The whole experience felt like I’d wandered into a break room, not a business. If you’re hoping for efficiency, clarity, or even the bare minimum of service, keep walking. Queens Blvd deserves better.

Please management, TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEE!!!
He’s very rude and think we are stupid, keep asking us to wait in line. We ordered through the machine and luckily I took picture of order number. We waited in line for 15 minutes and asked the employees but he screamed at us, refused to make the order and asked to wait in line and even threw the box in front of us when a female employee want to take donuts for us (you can check store CCTV).
We protested and finally the female (she is nice) employee found MISSED order slip and then she finally prepared the donuts for us after unprofessional behaviour of him.
