Best Dunkin Donuts in the neighborhood. I love this location - all the staff is super friendly - excellent service!
Edit - Very confused by some of the previous reviews. I visit this location almost every day for the past 6 years. I have never had an unpleasant experience here….EVER. The entire staff is amazing. Shakib has always been super friendly and accommodating. I am a stickler for service and refuse to return to any establishment that doesnt provide that. This location has always been my favorite in the neighborhood…..and I have tried the others. All of the employees here are amazing and they keep me coming back 💚

I know people feel like they should be treated right even if they have a nasty attitude but these people are not robots. I have never been talked to with an attitude but I am also polite with them. NOW, the pastries can taste a pintch old, among other things. But I appreciate the seating area and although I don't go hear often is nice to have a place like this in the neighborhood. I do wish they had Carvel attached, that would make it 60% better.

Dunkin Donuts Mother's Day Iced Matcha Raspberry, Coconut, Oat milk, with Chocolate frosted Donut, Rosin Bagel egg bacon white cheddar cheese. Was perfectly cooked and drinks taste great.

Very disappointed with this place ,service was terrifying, I asked the employee to scan my phone and she refused me IGORNING MY REQUEST ,I lost out of my Dunkin Donut points for my free coffee because I am loyal but it gets you nowhere ,also they got my order wrong , the service is horrible horrible 😢

The bathroom is always closed and they never fix it. Why do they have a bathroom there? If they don't open it, that service is bad for the customers outside. Well, if they fix it.
Of all the DD I have visited, this has been where I have had the most bad experiences the customer service is terrible in this place, they never have cashiers in front I have had to wait up to 8 minutes for someone to take my order because the employees are busy chatting elsewhere, I always order the same drink every day with lemonade and I always make sure to report it several times but they always end up adding green tea although in the stiker it clearly says lemonade, personally I am very embarrassed to complain about those things but today they did what Same and I told them that my drink was wrong but the lady who was on duty was very rude saying that they couldn't change it for me because I had ordered it that way, besides looking at me and laughing talking to her partner in her language. This lady I don't know if she's the manager or whatever but she's always in a bad mood she doesn't even smile at her customers, the other day I went for a toasted bagel twist and asked if she could give me ketchup and she ignored me, besides the bagel couldn't even be eaten because it was burnt. My sister also complains a lot about there because they never drink her properly. I'll never buy there again.

Always check your change before walking away. Anything less than a dollar they keep without telling you.

Normally very nice customer service but there’s one particular cashier that doesn’t give you back your coins and take it and put it in the tip jar without asking, I find it to be rude. Other than that it’s a great atmosphere

So I waited 7 minutes for someone to come to the front and another 4 minutes for someone to come to the counter because the worker had to finish her funny conversation with her coworker. Read her name tag , which read Muhammad, and had manger under it. Waited another 8 minutes for my food because she had to take the line of customers that accumulated. Waited all that time for her to shove my things in a bag and pass it to me. I was given burnt food. WORST LOCATION EVER.
