This Dunkin’ Donuts has super friendly staff and the food and drinks are fantastic. I recommend the kiwi watermelon drink made with seltzer water, the chicken and cheese wrap, the Boston Crème donut, and their iced mocha cold brew.
I would appreciate their warm welcome and service. Extremely helpful worker and clean environment.

I bought an apple fritter that looked dry so I figured that the apple fritter filling was all in the middle. I only bought it b/c I bought one upstate a few weeks ago that was phenomenal. Anyway, there was less than a teaspoon of filling for the entire thing. So disappointing!

Look at the pictures how dirty the place . It’s a good place and floor , trash bin is so dirty . So messy . No one cares about it. Should take care of this matter ! They should not run business like that . Owner should put more concern on this ! this place is getting worst day by day ! i am a regular customer of that store and also its near of my home & office and that's used to my everyday breakfast & coffee place but unfortunately i stopped due to the bad service. service grade is getting lower day by day !! most of the time counter is unattended or if any one there she is very busy taking order at the same time talking with her co workers !! mostly i noticed they talk in themselves and ignore the customers at the counter ! service ladies are very lazy or slow. not energetic at all. their face is always annoyed and sour ! mostly they looks very tired ! yesterday at my lunch time i was there for a iced coffee, i was at the counter waiting for almost 7 minutes !! none of the employee was at the counter !! one lady was very busy (also very slow and disturbed looking ) making order !! i called few times her to call someone at the counter because counter was unattended also somebody should there to take order at least !! she looks very angry to me and ignore me totally !!i left at the end !! i cant believe what how they do this type of service !!the owner of the store should be more concern about customer service and take care of customers . also need to give workers proper customer service training and to teach them about attitude behavior and etiquette!thanks !!

I want to start the review by saying this specific DD is the best location I've ever visit and will continue buying from them, because they properly know how to create and make the orders and their above and beyond customer service that no other DD has provide me. A big shout out to Sabina, the manager for her amazing kindness and exemplary world class customer service. The area outside can be a little bit challenging to navigate, because of the amount of people walking around, but other than that I highly recommend this location.
The staff there is rude and not at all polite, rather than comparing it seems that one is ordering the free food.The manager should see what type of personnel they hire.

I wouldn't step foot again in this place. There are homeless people hanging inside. The workers are unsanitary-working without gloves. The morning cashier has limited understanding of the English language. I had to repeat what wanted to order more than once where she still didn't get it right. I told her my 2 orders, where finally added the first, but left out the second item. When I repeated the 2nd one for the 10th time, she took off the first item. I expressed what I wanted to order very clear. But then she got disrespectful and rude with me. When I addressed it to the manager Sabina, she could care less. I will be making a report to their corporate. They need better attitudes and customer service!!
