Kind of slow but understanding because there is only one chef in the kitchen.

Omg! I'm sorry, but this place was terrible! The food was disgusting, and on top of that, everything was burnt. I've never had such a bad experience anywhere. This restaurant should close down. The entire time I was there, I could smell the burnt odor. Our food took forever to arrive.

The KBBQ/Hot Pot was well organized and all the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. They work hard to make their customers happy. A friend who attended was vegetarian and they were able to give them a tofu dish while we all enjoyed our meal.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I arrived to pick up my order, no one acknowledged me or seemed to know why I was there. I approached one of the servers, and they simply told me to wait without any further assistance. After waiting for 20 minutes, someone finally came to ask what I wanted. If I hadn’t already paid in advance, I would have walked out. The service was disrespectful and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

OMGGGGG!!!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Eatzy Thai..and I can honestly say it’s one of the best halal KBBQ spots I’ve ever been to. The smoky, rich flavors were spot on, and each dish was cooked to perfection. Beef chicken shrimp everything was tender and flavorful, and I loved how the seasoning balanced perfectly with the BBQ sauce.one more thing i didn’t expect them to have hot pot too. and food portions was amazing.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with friendly staff who genuinely seemed to care about the dining experience. Whether you’re a BBQ lover or just looking for high-quality halal options, this place is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!if i come back to NY again it will be only for this place ☺️

The most important part= the food was great! Especially the tomohawk steak and the chicken platter. The chicken lollipops were small but tasty.
Service was also very quick. I wished they could have some sauces at the table so you dont have to ask.
The lighting makes it look very dingy instead of romantic. But I would go again!

HMS certified store. Which brought us there for the first time. It took longer time to get food there. As we visited there for the first time, so don't know whether it's an usual service time there or something happened on that particular day. Otherwise all are good.

I had lunch today at the all you can eat buffet 12:30pm-5pm at Eatzy Thai. I love the pad seew , fried rice , garlic tofu , and vegetable egg roll options . The red curry coconut chicken with mushroom was delicious too just that I wish dish was vegan or pescaterian . Most 4 of the 7 options had chicken in it , 3 which I didn’t try due to it having chicken in it . I wish there was a seafood dish and at least an extra vegan dish there . Ambience is nice with florals and calmness . I also wished there is no use-only -one-plate policy so I wouldn’t have to wipe the mismatching sauce off the plate before going for seconds or thirds .

The pictures on google look a lot nicer than what I saw when I went. I don’t know if it is because I went on a Monday night but no one was there which made the restaurant feel very off. Compared to other Korean bbq places I’d rate this a zero. It’s not all you can eat as far as I could tell. they give you meats and then you eat from the options they already provided you. I didn’t choose the meat. It didn’t feel very clean either and the flavors of the meats were underwhelming or just not great. So I give this place 3 stars because it wasn’t absolutely horrible but I also would never go there again.

We had a great time enjoying the halal Korean BBQ and hot pot.

The meats were well-marinated and the cuts were good. The staff were attentive, explaining how to use the hot pot and the grill, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

The only downside was the extra $10 per person reservation fee, but overall, it’s a solid choice for a flavorful and fun dining experience.

It took 30 minutes just to take our order, and even after an hour, our food still hadn’t arrived.

The staff was very kind. Unfortunately the food was barely okay. We went for the KBBQ and the Hot Pot. The meats and side dishes were chosen and prepped for us ahead of time by the restaurant which I wasn’t a fan of. Thankfully you’re not charged for not finishing the food.
