The unfounded concerns that kept me from this place seem silly now. Each plate had perfect doneness. The restaurant delivers memorable experiences. The service people provided outstanding attention! Exceptionally flavorful dishes everywhere!

In years trying differents Venezuelans restaurant, this is the one that closes the most to the real flavors of the Venezuelan food, the Cachapas was very good, the texture and the flavor keep the original flavors of the real cachapas, my opinion for the cachapas is have to be more consistent’, the disassemble in every cut, but they was really good, our server Alexa was very helpful and diligent for every question we made to her.
Recommended dishes: Cachapa with Guayanes Cheese-Cream Con Queso Guayanes - Nata, Sopa De Pollo
You still want to go to Venezuela without leaving New York. Then head to El Budare, a good service, good food, good prices, a nice atmosphere.

Of all the Venezuelan restaurants I have visited, I find this one of the best. The soups are exquisite as well as the Cachapas. Carolina the manager is super attentive to clients. I recommend it in terms of service and quality of food. It is great to go during the week since the weekend is very busy.

Very bad with a waitress, terrible service from that waitress who has big tattoos, when I went to pay, she demanded that I have to tip 10 and it is mandatory, she said, and it is the amount that you want, not what she says.

Well I found this
It seems to me to be a very cool, very quiet place, some of the friendly girls, totally good service, except for one girl who I know has tattoos on her arm, Venezuelan, I guess because of her language.
She is too harsh with the clients, you ask for your bill, in my case I always leave my own but when you ask for it themselves at your table, they underline the tip part on paper, you ask them for a favor X and they answer in a bad way, it is very heavy that's why I stopped going and I love the food but I don't like that bad attitude towards the customer...
