Ahh they made the tacos vegan for me! All 5 stars to the homies cooking in the back. I usually judge cauliflower or broccoli on a taco but it was smackin! Im grateful how filling it was. Sauces on point too. 2 star service. Rushed while it wasnt busy at all, would've appreciated things left alone until were done, like no one needs someone's arms going over the food to wipe away at nothing. If they wanted us to leave the bar to a table, no issue, the bar would've stayed empty anyway. Seems like they wanted the bar open for gentleman to tip and chat? I dont know but strange. No more than 20 minutes there.

I go to this place all the time, and it's definitely one of my favorite Mexican spots. The food is amazing, the service is great, and the bar has all kinds of drinks, especially the margaritas. Love coming here!

Based on eater.com rec, I came here. I ordered tacos and rice and beans to eat in. And tacos and guacamole to go (for friends)
My tacos were ok. Not noteworthy. Salsas were nice.
Guacamole didn’t look freshly made (dull green color) and was too salty. And came with two chips?
Shrimp taco eaters had no comment
Not a destination spot. Fine for convenience.

I’ve ben to this place multiple times and the food is great. I’ve always had a great experience but one bad experience has made me extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. I ordered take out and when I arrived home, I was missing an item. I went back to the place thinking they had forgotten to put it in the bag, which is understandable, but when I went back for the missing item the order was in the system but never made. The server asked the kitchen staff about the order and when they asked why she had not told them before the order went out, she simply said that she didn’t check. I asked the server to comp the item for the inconvenience and was met with a nasty attitude. The server refused, fair. I then asked for a 10% customer satisfaction comp and again, was met with a nasty attitude. A simple, “I apologize for the inconvenience. It was our error but unfortunately I am not allowed to provide you with any discounts,” would have done it. But no, the server completely disregarded her mistake and my experience. Terrible service, truly.

Decent taco spot and pretty good prices. Not much to say. If you are in the mood for Mexican and you are nearby, then this is a good spot.

I came for lunch. I ordered the chile rellenos, and asked for the lunch special. The waiter brought out the dinner version, which was delicious, but a larger portion and more expensive. I did not realize the error until the bill arrived. The waiter apologized for the mistake but made no offer to give any break on the bill. I would have hoped that if the waiter was unsure, he would have confirmed my order. Also, the music was quite loud, and the waiter seemed distracted by the music, singing along and not paying attention to the customers. It was lunch service, so I can’t speak for the service at dinner.
Also, be warned that the bathroom is down a long flight of stairs.

I live next to this and have been here several times over the last 2 years. The food has always been pretty mid and I've there's never been a time I've been in here where the employees don't seem unhappy and make me feel unwelcome

Restaurantji Recommends
First time I decide to walk from my training program. To get some tacos as I am craving and exspecting.I got recommended to this place. I ordered lunch special tacos which read 12.50 on the menu . I was charged 14.50 with my card . I check my food before we leave . For sour cream and avocados as seen on the advertisement picture . The lady explains that’s an old menu . That sour cream was 2$ . The person whom recommended me was there looking confused next to me . Like they normally do give it . Now I go to eat my food. Back at school each one of my steak tacos had one less portion of steak than the other . I told the lady neve again when she told me 2$ for sour cream and she laughed at me . Poor service she wasn’t going to tell me my drink came with the orders on the menu . And she was very unprofessional. I felt a bit discriminated against.

The place is very nice, the food is good, but the customer service is terrible, they are arrogant and they overcharge you, they are not the menu prices, the cashiers treat you very badly when you order a delivery, and if you ask them about something dish they get upset, if you consume at the place they charge you up to $30 as a tip if you pay by card! I love Mexican food but this restaurant definitely does not have good customer service
