Me and my family been ordering from here for years but today the food was not so tasty first the guacamole was watery didn’t have any taste second the chips were like stale not fresh at all and my pastor tacos were horrible the meat was in chunks not chopped up like it’s suppose to be. I hope this review will help this restaurant to do better

I came here to get Fresas con crema when i walked in the the spot the lady was sweeping the floor . I placed the order and was watching if the lady will wash her hands before making my strawberry with cream . But she didn't and when I asked her if she will wash her hands she said no that she will put the gloves on . The bottom line is they don't practice the hand washing. Very unsanitary and disgusting place. I would never recommend this place to no one.

Got a milanesa de pollo Cemita, a strawberry smoothie and a mango smoothie, both in water.
Service was fast on a Sunday at noon, and the food tasted delicious. It was very hot outside and I came in right at opening so it took a while for AC to hit, so it was kinda of tough at first with all the heat.
Place is kind of tight with limited seating but a lengthy menu with delicious food options.
What I had tasted very fresh and I have no complaints.
Conveniently located a block away from the 69st station.

I came here with my girl and she ordered the Fresas con crema and the lady was sweeping and we saw her and she didn't have the decency to wash her hands when confronted she said she would put a glove. She should of washed her hands and put on gloves in the first place. Don't recommend!

We went for a chicken Milanese cake... we ordered to take away and eat at home... when at home we saw that the cake was made with pieces of meat and two or three viceras...
We have never seen a cake like that in our lives...
We called the person who took the order and she stated that she heard that we ordered steak pie, when there is not even steak pie on their menu......
It is not the first time that we have eaten in that restaurant and we know very well what the cakes are like for which we have always ordered that dish, but today it was a complete disappointment.........as a customer it makes us think that They made the cake with leftover meat that they had lying around, I may or may not be wrong, but that is my logic.
We hope the owner of the rest puts this situation under control

The food was good but the person who served me was very clueless, I asked her for some chilaquiles without spicy sauce and she said that she could make them with mole so that it wasn't spicy, after charging my credit card, she then told me that The mole was spicy, I told him to give me my money back but he told me that no refunds were given. That upset me so much because of this lack of ethics and I had to forcefully order something else even though I no longer wanted to buy there.

i picked up nachos from here and it was the worst!!! Spent $30 for bad foods. The lady who was preparing the food didnt look too clean.
