The food was not bad and the service was good. The place is a bit crowded in my opinion.

The woman who answered the phone had such a bad attitude. She acts like she owns the place when she’s just an employee. No wonder so many people say the service and attitude there are terrible. The boss’s business not doing well is partly because of her.

Was there for dinner party and had King Crab and tones of seafood and lamb and fresh fish. This meal was fit for Emperor. Really nice decor as well, one of my favorite places for Lunch and Dim Sum but this dinner was phenomenal.

Emperor Seafood never disappoints, I have been here many, many times over the years. Each time when I am here, the service, food and ambiance is always great. I love their dim sums here. Cooked to order and no trolleys circling the entire restaurant. Service is fast and friendly. Music is played just right and not too overwhelming. Prepare to wait during the weekends as this place gets filled up pretty fast. Wait time ranges from 30-45 minutes for a table of 4, faster if you do not mind sharing tables. Menus are simple and quality of food served during dim sum and dinner is always exceptional.
For dinner, order the filet mignon with assorted vegetables, the popular lobster with ginger and scallions and the salt, snow pea shoots sautéed with garlic and the whole crispy garlic chicken. These are my personal favorites. They also offer private rooms for larger parties but there is a minimum that one has to spend. I had many parties in these well appointed private rooms. Parking is easy and if you spend more than $100 parking get validated in their designated parking garage.
This time we checked out thus dim sum spot that instantly caught my eye with its royal decor and gorgeous tableware.
The dim sum isn’t the best, but the quality is there. Just a heads-up: there are no dim sum carts, so everything is ordered from the menu.
Har kow won our approval with its plump and bouncy shrimps. My second favorite was pan-fried cheong fun with dried shrimp – we liked it so much that we had to order another round.
Pro tip: Save room for dessert—they’re worth it. Both the black sesame roll and osmanthus jelly were very lightly sweetened. I always get black sesame rolls at dim sum spots, and this one is my favorite so far for its subtle sweetness and rich, nutty flavor.
My relatives highly recommended the pumpkin and corn sage, so we ended up getting two.

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant today. I had to ask for something for a long time and didn't get it. There was no service throughout the whole process. It's okay. Maybe the waiter was tired and needed a rest. When we ordered garlic bean sprouts, we found that there were bugs. After reacting to the waiter, they didn't explain it. A waitress asked for other vegetables but did not apologize and explain. This made people very speechless. I personally think that taste, quality control and cleanliness are very important. I hope you can adjust the waiters and train them well. Public relations skills also need to be strengthened!

Not sure what all the bad reviews are for. This is a good traditional cantonese place with decent prices. Staff is decent for a spot like this, food is on point. Great option in Flushing if you are looking for Cantonese.

The food is very good! The service is also good, it would be nice if there was an MTV installed in the room.
Vegetarian options: Stir-fried lotus root slices, stir-fried yam, and braised tofu in a pot!

I booked a large private room half a month in advance. I went to confirm the date and dishes in advance. The experience was extremely poor. The food was served extremely slowly. There were a lot of people waiting for the food. I have never seen that big restaurant serve food so slowly.
Very good service

The man in the white shirt handled the problem with a really bad attitude, as if we took advantage of much, like we can't afford to eat. Half of the soup and then go back, who wants this cheap soup. Probably gonna have to take it back and sell it to someone else.

Don’t usually leave reviews but this experience left a very bad taste in my mouth absolutely terrible. It was so bad I had to take time to write this review and save some people from going through the same thing. This place use to be the go to spot for fresh dim sum however like most restaurants the consistency fell off by a lot. Every dish I use to order it tasted bland not fresh and spoiled. The shrimp rolls and eggplants And the turnip all fell apart when picking it up must have been from days ago and recooked. The sticky rice inside was awful ingredients had to spit it out. Everyone who went also said the same. Shumai also tasted funny. We tried bringing it to the front cashiers and waiters attention they didn’t care. We paid and ate only a few bites and left. No wonder it’s only a C-rating now. Noticed the dishes had few spots tea cups were also worned out. Never going back friend and family also know now. Don’t want anyone to go through what we went through. Go at your own risk ⚠️.
