The burgers and chicken sandwiches were both excellent. Service was friendly and efficient. I’ll like that it’s sit down service but they handle the bill up front so there is no worry of having to get the bill at the end in time to board your flight.

Spent $86 on three burgers at this place. They bring us our food in to go containers. I didn’t realized I placed an order to go. It was my honest mistake. But we are sitting down at a table. And they tell us we have to leave because we placed a to go order.. They wouldn’t let us eat at the table with the food that we purchased at that restaurant and they made us pack up and leave. There were plenty of open tables.

Restaurant was closed with no signage, all lights were on with music playing. I ordered on the kiosks. After ordering it noticed that no staff was on site. And the machine took my money. Very frustrating

I made the mistake of ordering the fish and chips here before a trip, and it turned out to be a big disappointment. The fish was dry, bland, and wrapped in a greasy, heavy batter. After forcing myself to eat one piece, I ended up tossing the rest—it simply wasn’t worth it.
The chicken wings were okay but far from great—dry and lacking juiciness, though they had a decent flavor. The hot dog was probably the best of the bunch, with soft bread, onions, and mustard, but still nothing that would make me want to come back just for it.
On a scale of 1 to 10, the overall experience was around a 5 at best. With airport food prices being what they are, I’d hoped for much better quality. If you’re in a rush and need something to fill you up, the hot dog or wings might do the job, but I’d definitely skip the fish and chips.

My burger had no taste, the fries were soggy, and the service is TERRIBLE! I asked to sit down to eat my meal after I initially ordered it to go. There were at least 20 open seats and they gave me a hard time about sitting down because I ordered it to go. Are you kidding me?!? I paid like everyone else and should have been able to sit down, without the attitude. I don’t recommend.

The food is not great. Save your money and go to Wendy's, their food will be better for the 1/4 of the cost. Burger was tasteless and chicken was extraordinarily overcooked.
I'd expect better being inside an airport terminal and for the price.

A few things, I am not one to typically write a review but I feel so strongly about this place that I feel I need to write this review. The first time I ordered here my order didn't go through but it charged my card. I went to the employees about this and she had to get the manager. I said that was no problem however the manager came 10 minutes later, if I had a flight to catch this would have been way too long. The manager comes and is quite frankly no help at all. I show her the charge on my card and she said it is pending and that it won't go through. I said that's not typically how it works at my bank and that everything says it is pending for a day or two. She dismissed me and told me to order again, one you could ask and not say just order and pay again. I just walked away and respectfully said I had a flight to catch even though I just wasn't dealing with that situation. Anyway now here I am a day or two later and guess what there is still a charge on my account. Also there was a 5% fee for employee retention and they wanted me to tip. Was a complete rip off considering everything there is already insanely overpriced.

Asked if I could have some fresh fries instead of the cold ones they served me. Waiter turned up his nose and took them back. 5 minutes later he returned with the same order that had been run through the fryer again so I got some greasy crispy hard crappy fries for 12$.

Food was good and came out quick. They have you pay when you order and auto select 18% and you can change it…I chose not to and regret it. The server did nothing after take our order. All employees stood around on their phones and we had to call over someone to refill both of our empty waters, the only drinks we had on the table. There was my guest and I eating and ONE man at their bar. No reason to completely ignore people that spend $50 to dine here.
