The staff at my job ordered lunch at 10:58am the food arrived at 1:30pm. And it was cold we couldn't eat it our lunch was over. They need to hire more delivery people or don't take the order if your over booked. This was a great business last year all our holiday party's we ordered from them.

Placed an order for three people via phone call at 11:13am today. The lady who took our order was so disrespectful, and hung up on me after talking over me - all because one person changed their order before we hung up the phone. I called back at 1:15pm - same lady picked up and said food is on its way (mind you, we’re located less than 6 minutes away by vehicle. They never sent our food, and lied to us, though I was never rude to her back. Unfortunate, but I won’t ever give them my money again nor will I refer them anymore. It’s done.

Very hospitable and kind team. I called same day for two catering trays, and they accommodated me. Pick up was seamless, I paid and they brought the food out immediately. It was moderately busy during pick up, but they were nice and attentive.

I usually order here at least 2 times a month through Grubhub (never been in person), despite taking others opinions on this spot. But today, I learned my lesson and will no longer be ordering from here. The moment I opened the lid to the Breaded steak last night, I can smell the old oil. Never had a bad experience with them before so I thought nothing of it. Now it’s the next day and me & my kid whom also ate from it, felt sick, stomach in pain and have been throwing up all day. This drew the line for me. My last order a few weeks ago, there is only an option for rice & beans but not Arroz con guandules. In the past, I have put it in the notes and they would send it. This time they asked for a CASH up charge of $3 to pay upon delivery. I will never eat from here again.
