We had amazing time at Fabrika. I had reservations but we had to change,from saturday to sunday. Service was very nice food wow love every bites of everything. All details just awesome. Place not big,but definitely for bday vibes. On the weekend make sure you have reservation.

If i could rate Fabrika 100 stars, I would! Im completely OBSESSED. Not only is the decor very cute, the food is exceptional. The service is fantastic!!! The drinks are creative and well crafted. The arepas with steak was mind blowing, SO GOOD! The crispy rice was a 20/10! The filet mignon and lobster pasta were cooked to perfection and so flavorful! The dessert was different but incredible! I would eat here everyday if I could

I had the pleasure of dining at Fabrika, a Latin Fusion restaurant, last night, and it was an unforgettable experience!
We started with the chicharron ceviche, which was my first time trying it, and I must say it was absolutely delicious. However, what truly stole my palate were the arepitas de carne and pollo—an absolute must-try!
We also explored their sushi offerings with the Caribbean roll and the Que chimba roll. These rolls were a refreshing twist on traditional sushi, and I loved the creativity behind them.
For the main course, the filet mignon was perfectly cooked and delightful, complemented by creamy mashed potatoes and perfectly seasoned carrots. And we can't forget about the octopus—every dish was simply amazing!
To end our dinner, we indulged in the Dulce de leche ice cream paired with warm bread pudding, along with a refreshing mango sorbet and passion fruit cake. It was the perfect sweet finish to an incredible meal!
The drinks were the cherry on top, with fantastic presentation and flavors that perfectly matched the meal. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was just right, with music that was well-curated—not too loud, allowing for great conversation.
I highly recommend Fabrika to anyone looking for a unique dining experience. I will definitely be back!

First and foremost, the decoration is beautiful. However, the service is terrible, and the waitresses are really impolite. I was taking photos with my date when she instructed us to stop so that her friends could take photos (keep in mind that they were there a long time ago and we only had a minute to take photos). The dish was a 7/10 because there was a small portion and it was very expensive. The place is really small, and they hustle you to eat because it is crowded and others are waiting outside. I would not recommend this restaurant; except if you want to shoot pictures and drink cocktails.
