Saturday I traveled all the way from Manhattan to come here by UBER to do my monthly shopping and one of the worker packed all my stuff in a big box while I went to get my box of oxtail to cut up. Because of the ton of items I purchased the guy transferred all my stuff to a pull cart because they couldn’t fit in a box. When I got home 3 case of my kiss cake missing and a bread. I had to take a UBER all the way from manhattan just now to go get my items. I spend $160+ both ways in UBER fare just to go back to get my missing items I didn’t get. That female manager had an attitude and refuse to reimburse me even a portion of my fare since it is their fault. All she talk about is I put them away nicely for you then she told the worker to give me an extra bed like seriously!!!! This is beyond ridiculous but GOD don’t like ugly
Slowest store on the planet, if you go there to buy one thing plan to spend at least 30 to 40 minutes
Parking is terrible..
I love everything about this place! The staff is pleasant, they have everything I need and they are willing to order items that they don't have in stock just to please their customers! I refuse to shop anywhere else! Phenomenal!
