Horrible service! No effort put into making the customer happy. No AC no Heat. I have visited during the summer and winter months. They provide service to cash only customers. This restaurant perhaps only using the name Fatima to appeal to my Muslim friends. I have seen better service at a less cost. Eating out is costly these days so the least I expect is good food and a comfortable atmosphere.

This place was recommended to me and it did not disappoint! The szechuan chicken and the orange chicken was delicious. Best I have had hands down. I cannot speak to the atmosphere. I ordered via uber eats. It did arrive piping hot.

Delicious authentic Chinese Food at a busy location. They relocated from Astoria. New place is clean but smaller.Soup is tasty. Shrimp fried rice is delicious. Noodles are well balanced & satisfy the taste buds. Portion size is good. They use disposable plates and carry-on containers to serve to make it cost effective.Parking: Hard to find parking in that busy neighborhood

Why do cash only in store? furthermore sending customers(women etc) to unknown atm locations to get cash during night time. But allow credit card on uber eats.We always order from uber eats with credit card but when we went in person, they demand cash only. Then we ended up ordering ftim uber eats for pick up so we can use our cc than going to unknown atm locations and ate up there with special instructions of dining in(while choosing pick up option). However after us there was another customer who didn’t have a cash and was sent to some atm location to get the cash. Overall, Too much inconvenience for multiple customers while creating 2 payment systems(in person cash only but card options on uber eats) for same thing. Counter ladies are nice but need to do something about cash only option.

This was one of my favorite Chinese food restaurants in Astoria until the building was torn down. I randomly found they have a new location and am happy to say the least. The new store is very clean and looks good. Staff was pleasant as I remember them being. The General tso chicken is still my favorite. I'm sad I didn't realize they had a new location sooner.
