These people are very nasty and gave horrible customer service. I ordered beef and broccoli with garlic sauce. When I got home it was just broccoli in garlic sauce. I then called back and said you gave me the wrong order and she said I didn't hear you say beef so I gave you Just broccoli in garlic sauce. I then said please send my correct order and she replied I don't deliver to your address. I then said my son will come pick up my order since he's i on Steinway and she said bring the old order back. I said how is he going to come to Elmhurst first and then go back to Steinway??? Just a complete nightmare. I will never be a customer to them again. Plus they are very over priced!!!

My family and I have been eating here since 2008. I don't know why I am posting a review in 2021 lolGreat food and service as always! Food is always prepared quickly (both dining in and pickup). Both the quality and quantity of the food are great! I really hope that this pandemic ends soon, so that we can return to the dining experience. It tastes so much better fresh and hot, than take out. Either way, love the food and highly recommended!

I was extremely happy with this place while i was living in Astoria. There price and quality both are amazing. I tried both pickup and delivery and faced no issue.
Ordered for delivery after a few months. Not happy at all with the food overall. Got a small shrimp with broccoli, they gave only like 4 shrimps and just basically packed with broccolis.. Very bland and boring. Please don't get vegetable fried rice. Very bland taste as well. No flavors just steamed veggies (brocolli just straight pulled out of water) no flavor of any kind. Should've spent my money elsewhere. Obviously it was not worth it for me. I had soo many options. No Fatima for me for a while.

Yummy food, large portions.I live 10 minutes away from the restaurant, but food stays hot with their packaging. Although I would not recommend eating their food the next day, it great as it is, on the spot.

Ordered takeout for a large group with dietary restrictions and it went off without a hitch thankfully. We ordered a large tray of fried rice, chicken wings and small tray of chicken with broccoli. Everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was nice - definitely would order again.

This place has been an integral part of my childhood; I've been going here since elementary school and now even as a college graduate, it's still my go to place for halal Chinese food. Their General Tso's has been the same since I first bought it and everyone who I have introduced to it has loved it. Prior to quarantine, it was a go to spot for families, friends and gatherings of all occasions. They have handled the business well during the pandemic with the same amount of wait times and the consistency overall is still the same.
