Waited over 40 mins for two dishes while other people got served who’d just walk in. They blast music to the point that we can’t have a conversation. Remove the karaoke Saturdays!!!!!! Its just a bunch of grown men screaming. Food is okay.

I ordered some flautas and Pancita Soup and flavor was great but the quality of the product seems unfair. Let me explain myself, the pancita soup container was filled much more with bones than actually soup. I ended up drinking 1/4 of the container, the rest was just bones. The flautas, I have understood they're supposed to have shredded chicken or any other meat but the pieces of chicken inside the flautas were like whole pieces of chicken breasts. Out of everything, good taste but don't seem fair the amount of food.

The food was good, but I didn't like how when I asked them to split the bill, they asked me what tip to leave on their POS system. Normally, the POS device would let us select the tip, as with every other restaurant, but when they asked us for the tip, they also asked how the tip should be calculated. I told them in Spanish to add 20% from each half, not from the total check. They still charged us tip from the total amount instead from each half of the check. If they don't follow your request in either English and Spanish, then they're playing ignorant just to squeeze as much money from you. No wonder that place was empty.

It's a good atmosphere but not to my liking, you can't pay with a card, only cash, the good thing is, this is an ATM, the customer service is a bit complicated.

I went to eat at this restaurant, where I had to wait two hours for my food to be brought, when I've been waiting for an hour the waitress comes and asks me, can I offer you anything else? How if you haven't brought me my food yet! I came back embarrassed and when he brought my food, I ordered chicken pipian, which is not even reheated pipian, I think it's been more than a week and I give up rice and beans, I also give in reheated rice and then not if it's chicken or duck, the meat he brought me is pink. So I didn't eat the food, I left it, the food has no seasoning, the food disgusted me, so I don't recommend that restaurant. When it came time to pay, I paid with a card, the waitress still comes and asks me if I'm going to leave the tip.
