This business was one of my favorites as I come in here every week before my workouts to get my smoothie. The staff is usually very nice and friendly except for today when I came in at 7pm and mentioned to the two girls that served me that they were in the wrong for serving two individuals before me who clearly came after me. Then the lady in the black shirt in the picture as her name was not provided had lied and told me she didn’t see me when I was literally the only one at the counter at the time of my order while she was on the phone facing me. I told her that was very surprising as the store was too small for her to miss me and I was the only one there with the gentlemen holding the dog behind me and that she was facing me at the time. I told her the least she could have done was apologize. She didn’t like the response so she shouted that she didn’t care and pointed me towards the door and told me not to come back. The woman in the red shirt proceeded to tell me the same thing. I’m a long time customer and I have never experienced this type of behavior from anyone over there. I can understand that customer service can be stressful at times and that we all have our days but this was definitely unprofessional on a high note. With this type of staff I’m definitely taking their word for it and not coming back. Hopefully in the future your business could hire more honest and profesional individuals. If 0 was an option for the rating I would have picked it but it’s not.

The girl who works there, Karen I believe does the best Acai bowls and coffee ever. Never messes up my food which makes my day. She’s also so sweet and very patient with her customers.
